When I first moved back to MI, I found a job at a local place called universal printing. To this day, counting ALL the shit and mean terrible bosses I had at all my other jobs combined, it was THE WORST JOB I EVER WORKED. 100 degree+ temps YEAR round, only fans on the machines, on your feet the whole time, EXTREME labor. At the time, 2014/15 I wanna say, they were paying $8.75. I hated the job. I never hated a job so quickly. Sweating the whole time, cheap ass equipment to the point they overproduced every order by 15% because they KNEW they would have broken/defective shit. It was awful. Anyways, being, again, the WORST JOB TO DATE, drenched in sweat, I said we should be paid like 16/hr for this shit. This is the worst. To everyone I could. Cuz why not? Flashforward thursday. I had started on monday. Called into the office by the owners. First they ask did I say we should be paid 16/hr? I said I say that about ALL jobs, but yeah. He said they can't have that attitude around here (hinting that I was trying to form a union). Fired me. But before they let me go... THEN they go into THEIR sob story about how they declared bankruptcy before, and it's hard running a business. OR MAYBE YOU SUCK AT IT! On indeed today. I see them looking for employees again (they ALWAYS are. NO ONE stays). 11/hr. In 7-8 years, you raised your pay by only $2.25!? I reported them, and then went to write a review. Guess what I found? They, as a business, REFUSE to let any past employees leave reviews. Do you know how bad it looks when businesses get a 2/5, and you're too afraid to even show that?! You probably got a -3/5. HAHAHAHA! dumb fucks.
