The ground held me as I drifted to the world beyond waking with images of text and contemplations or accusations of appropriation. I awoke to drops of cold water on my toes and a smiling face. A curious turtle lingering nearby. Ribbons of light dancing on the water’s glassy surface. Skin touching hiding under a straw hat from the afternoon heat. My search through articles, archives, books, and thoughts has brought me back to the knowing that is alive in me. The passion to be in harmony with the world, sleeping on sandy banks, bathing in cool clear springs, watching the playful squirrels, the elegant dragonflies and butterfly dancing nearby. Turtles poking their heads above the surface as blue herons stalk along the edge. 100 feet from an alligator, Spanish moss drips from the oak trees. moon in Scorpio collage front #goinside #treasure #adventure #ambassador #uniqueselfexpression #auraraborealis (at Thomasville, Georgia) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bxtop04l-QS/?igshid=8797bsicoqhu
