#unique tags

For those of you unaware, this is a side blog for my main blog @ifwebefriends where I just dump a bunch of posts that I like. One day it could be a bunch of posts about a specific ship that I like (most of the posts here lol) and one day I might reblog a bunch of text posts about a specific event.

Now to explain the unique tags I use on this blog:

#fave of the faves - this tag is for posts that have at some point or another, lived in my mind rent-free for an extended period of time while I am not on this site. They are posts that I want to be able to find relatively quickly. There’s a variety of posts under this tag.

#memory gun reblogging - this tag is for posts that I may have already reblogged onto here but I am not sure. I usually don’t like to reblog something on here more than once since this is kinda an archive blog to me. Inspired by the memory gun from Gravity Falls.

#I’ll never wear comfortable shoes again? - this tag is for posts that I had a humorous initial misunderstanding or misreading of. Inspired by Game Grumps Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Episode 71 Finale timestamp: 57:27 (MAJOR SPOILERS)

#not on my bingo card - posts that really surprised me in some way or another

#laugh rule - posts that actually made me laugh out loud or have to suppress laughs in a quiet place

#sitting behind glass - posts that are legendary/classic/important enough to put behind glass like in a museum (I.e. color of the sky, children’s hospital color theory, piss on the poor, etc.)

#i think I hauve covid - posts with depictions of characters/situations/ideas that I personally find very attractive

#tags you’re it - posts where I have some extra commentary or a joke added in the tags

#[tag] curated - this can apply to almost any tag but it’s basically when I have reblogged so many posts with a certain tag that I want to be able to find my absolute favorites of that tag without clogging up the fave of the faves tag, usually applies to ships and fandoms

I'm listening to them shuffle out by the recycling bins. Heavy feet near tripping with each step. I hear them groan out phrases that once held meaning, perhaps not all that long ago either. This morning they might have been just like me.

"I was- I was- I was saying- I was-"

"Where is it though? Where…is…it though?"

I'd fire at them right now if I could, get it over with, grab their attention. But where am I going to get a gun from in this town?

There is nothing on the radio at this hour. There is nothing on the radio.

"Life is ha-hard; and so a-a-am I."

Great, now one of them is singing almost. Sounds like a phone call from the bottom of a well.

"Where is, is is? Where is?"

If only they'd shut up, I'd happily sleep through to the end of the world. 

"Look. Look at it. Look. Just look…at this."

I dream awake now, imagining being surrounded by them, swinging away at their pallid forms with a rusted pipe, catching glimpses of their yellowing eyes and jeering, dripping mouths in the flicker of faulty street lights. They'd babble even as they hit the ground, they sound like so much dial tone to me, all pitch and whine.

"Oh shit! I think I've lost my phone guys!"

How is my last post THE ONLY POST ON TUMBLR WITH THE TAG "sassygayfriend"??? For serious??
