Over the years, I have come to understand that you will only go as far as your team around you. If you are a team of one, you are very limited in your impact both professionally and personally. When it comes to team bigger isn't always better it's about quality. In life, we do our best and to think that we can do everything the best is quite limiting. There are seven billion people on the planet I can promise you from firsthand experience that there are people who do things better than you do them, so let them. You don't need a reminder how amazing you are, but I am going to do it anyways, you my friends are amazing. And as amazing as you are it is not a weakness to allow someone else who is amazing to do things for you or with you that are better in a specific area than you are. It shows strength and leadership to recognize that you can play a role on a team and not feel that you have to do it all yourself. Think about the teams you currently belong to in your life, your family, most likely your job/business, where would you be in your life without the support of your team members.
