unfxcking my life in 100 days challenge
i've decided to set myself some goals considering i'm doing a whole lot of nothing and have been prone to bad habits these past few months (too much screentime, not eating enough veggies, not doing my skincare...).
i've made myself a checklist for the next 100 days and the goals i want to achieve by the end of them. if anybody wants to join in, i'll be tagging this with #unfml100 , so tag yours too so i can see 🫶
- morning/evening skincare
- have breakfast every morning
- do 40mins yoga x pilates
- get to my desired weight
- get my screentime down to 4hrs max
this was all prompted by me going into my health app and realising i have had several months where i walked less than 8k steps per day. i realise this is all due to a lack of routine and schedule and consistency on my part, so i want to try my best to correct this and stay accountable.
