unemachine a rĆ©agi Ć votre billetĀ :unemachine a rĆ©agi Ć votre billet āhello |dĻd)ļ¾Ā Ā i...
iām good!!!! :DDD iām going to bed soon though, just one more cup of tea haha how was your day?Ā ; uĀ ;
my day was pretty good! watched the women's hockey gold medal final and relaxed a bit c:
hey! i've taken hiphop/jazz for a few years, only this fall i started taking dance classes like modern, ballet and jazz. while modern and jazz are both pretty cool, i can't seem to enjoy ballet! nothing about it appeals to me. of course, i appreciate the beauty, strength, elegance, but i find myself struggling to actually love it the way i love other dance. ballet is so strict, based on rules. how do i fall in love with it? or do you have any thoughts on how i can change my perspective on this?
Iām not going to reply private because I want other ballerinas to add to thisā¦
Okay so the reason I love ballet and the reason I have stuck with it for so long, is because it is hard! Ballet is not natural, nor does it come without hard work. Ballet is a paradox. My biggest advice to you is to find joy out of those rules, understand that those rules are not necessarily rules, but more of a guideline to doing to the art form correctly. While taking class you can really focus and feel all your muscles and how they all work in your body. Appreciate the art, and feel like you are doing it beautifully, it will make it all feel better. And plus no matter what style you emphasize in, ballet will help you become better in that style :) hope I helped!
your art is so gorgeous ;;
thank youĀ ā„ā„

if theyāre gonna peer pressure you into drinking they are really really shitty people, i just have to say it. if they ask about it, say you changed your mind?? theyāll get over you dodging, i think.
They're not peer pressuring, I bought this bottle of rum in the Philippines, and as I am half-Filipino, I feel i should drink our national rum at least one time in my life. I think they'll get over a potential dodge, but I feel bad every time I dodge :/
