I had the great opportunity to interview Chef Tyler Florence at the Palm Springs Film Festival this week. His new (and first!) documentary Uncrushable is a graphic portrayal of the 2017 Napa/Sonoma wildfires and stark reminder that global warming is coming to a neighborhood near you. What really impressed me was Chef’s impassioned call-to-action - to Californians and society on general - to prepare for disasters of this magnitude and start having conversations in our communities about climate change.
