THE CAMBRIDGE DIARIES
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge along with the rest of the members of the Royal family attended the "Together at Christmas" Community Carol Service at the Westminster Abbey on 8 December 2018.
The event was spearheaded by Catherine and aimed at recognizing and honoring the work of those individuals and organizations who had helped and supported their communities during the tough times of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The service, which will included musical performances from stars including the likes of Ellie Goulding and Leona Lewis will be broadcast on ITVΒ at 7.30pm on Christmas Eve as part of a special programme called Royal Carols: Together At Christmas.
There were guests present at the event included those from the NHS Charities, Shout, Baby Basics, Project Wingman, King's College Hospital Charity, Co-op UK, Little Village and other amazing organizations the Duke and Duchess work with. The guests at the event also included people who both Catherine and William had the opportunity of meeting and spending time with during their recent engagements.
The Service was also attended by the the other members of their families as a show of support. Catherine's parents Carole & Michael, her sister Pippa, her brother and sister-in-law James and Alizee, the Countess of Wessex, Zara & Mike Tindall, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice & her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi were all in attendance for the event.
