Season 2: Cat and Mouse
Vincent reaches Catherine and Agent Mallory and then alarms go off. Doors are shutting and Vincent is able to hold one long enough for the agent to get free but now he and Cat are trapped inside the building.
Three times in this ep. Vincent used his powers without going "full beast": with Gabe at Cat's apartment, at UN he tore a steel door off the hinges to save the FBI agent and came in the prisoners girls room normal, then the parking lot door. He puts enough strength to hold the door (ok, eyes yellow, but not full beast) and as fast as he can turn it on, he can turn it off. It's like being close to Cat emotionally really helps his control.💕
