Some doodles as I work on new designs for another comic idea, ‘Umbrites’
Trinity and Linden are roommates both starting at the same college and living in a cheap rental off campus more up in the forest
I think I’m finally starting to be happy with the characters. Had some trouble with Linden for a while because for a long bit she felt a bit too close to me or her major felt disconnected from who she is.
Finally the cat eye glasses and change of outfit kind of added exactly what I think she needed (Along with Sewing/Fashion design I think feels very fitting to her)
I might push the Hipster aspect of Trinity more in later drawings
And here’s one of Trinity and Linden’s neighbors who I’ll probably name Robin. (the other unfinished one will probably be her husband who I haven’t decided much about)
And on the right is Linden’s best friend Macy who started at the school before her and will most likely end up in the chaos that Linden and Trinity will be caught in due to Trinity’s personal research
