not valid for being a sv character. doubly not valid for hitting kids. and yet i can't help but love this fucking train wreck of man 😔 and he is probably actually my favorite sv character 😔🤡 i wish mxtx knew how to write cycles of abuse because she really doesn't! but at the same time the detail of him resenting this innocent defenseless child bc he sees his own child self in him is like okay. all right. fuck. anyway between him and mxy i just have a tendency to get attached to the ones whose bodies get yoinked by the protagonist huh. i love his fanon characterization and most of the time i succumb to the mortifying ordeal of wading into the ao3 tag it's for him because he always makes a fic so damn interesting with his prickly defensive complete assholery that is born out of a fundamental distrust of others because of all the hurt he's undergone. yes i have fallen into the trap of loving an irredeemable character bc of their sad backstory clown on me for it all you want. i wish he and yue qingyuan would resolve their issues and kiss but they never will and it's their mutual heaps of flaws that doom their relationship and make it so tragic. fuck you nico for making me write this many positive words about sv in public you knew this was coming when you send this ask
