Lena was Lex Luthor's little sister and she wasn't after Superman, oh no, she was after you, the kryptonian girl. She wasn't a lesbian, she thought. But everytime she saw you flying around Metropolis she didn't know what was she feeling, so she started wondering. Watching you from far away as you save people or save little animals. Or fight with the villains his own brother created to put you and Superman down.
Eventually she starts to get more close to you, openly talking to you and trying to get your attention, even if you're busy with something else.
You didn't mind her, you thought that she was really cute actually, always trying to get your attention. So you spend time with her, not as your “human” self but only as “Supergirl”. Because she liked you more just like you are. An alien freak.
Lex would question her “Why are you on the news along with that disgusting alien?” or “Why is your neck full of hickeys, do you have a boyfriend that I don't know about?” he really worries about his little sister, but Lena keeps it a secret. She knows Lex is going to be so mad if he finds out she's spending time with you.
And Lena is mad when she finds out he made a exact clone of you just to use it against you as he did with Ultraman for Superman. But, as mad as she can be, she can't deny that Ultragirl is a meaner version of you and she likes it. So she starts using the clone at her favor and now she has both the real Supergirl and the Ultragirl. And Lex doesn't have the slightest idea. But of course, Lena swears she isn't a lesbian. Maybe she's just confused..?— ✯
