I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience @udonhouseinsetouchi in Mitoyo Japan. Not only do they teach you how to make udon noodles, they teach the history of udon in Japan and Kagawa Prefecture, the different types of udon and you get to go udon-hopping (more on that later). It took several hours with 2 resting periods which allowed for a tasting and a wee trip to a farm. Later we had an udon party while tasting variations on our very own handmade noodles and I just had to walk upstairs to go to bed later!
