"Jiujitsu is essential" . . As a young adult, and someone who spends a majority of my time working and training, jiujitsu is sometimes the only human contact I'll receive for months at a time 😂 and while it's kind of corny to put it in that way, it's the truth. Not only is t a way to expend energy, but it always provides a positive and encouraging environment for me to go and cast aside the weight of life. I get to hang out with, and share my passions with like minded individuals who have similar goals and desire to learn...But when Covid hit, all of that went away. And I was pretty optimistic at the beginning. I was grateful for some time off. But towards the end things really started getting dark. I really missed my jiujitsu family. I know the pandemic isnt over just yet, but damn it feels good to be back . . Shoutout to the #SicknessSquad for letting me into their clan. I moved my life to the Suburbs to be closer to work, but luckily the #UCrew is Everywhere, and we rep the Shield on EVERY Coast! If you're looking to get into some training, DM me! I'd love to help!
