Congratulations to Huiyao Zhang, an international student from China who is currently pursuing a Master of Music in Pipa performance. Huiyao was awarded First Place in the Singapore Raffles Culture Festival. This festival is dedicated to building a platform for global cultural and artistic exchange and promoting the development of global culture and arts. Congrats!!!
