Though we just restarted, there have already been some talks in the OOC about picking up secondary characters. However, with the reboot, Tasha and I have decided to implement a new, slightly stricter system for secondary applications.
Where as before, you could simply submit another audition, we would like for you to contact us beforehand letting us know that you would like to pick up a second character and who/what that character may be so that we can weigh whether or not we think a secondary is ideal at the time before you go through the trouble of filling out an application.
Not contacting us beforehand will result in automatic rejection of your application.

These are the characters you need to be following from this moment on. Any character not on the list is officially open. Previous roleplayers are welcomed to reapply for any open role.
As a lot of you know, Isis Academy has seen a lot of things over the last year. There have been characters coming and going, as well as a character death that hit a lot of people hard. Now that we are doing a reboot, though, we have decided to reopen all of the characters that we had temporarily held off on.
Starting Monday, December 8th, we will be working on more adverts to promote ucrp and we will be opening any characters that are not already taken by current players.
We need each player to submit a revised biography for their character(s) for the reboot. If we do not receive a biography for your character by 11:30 pm EST on December 5th then we will assume you are dropping that character/characters.
Friday morning (by 11 am EST) I will be sending out messages to any players who have not submitted a biography.
Remember that biographies need to be submitted using the 'about your character' section of the application.
As of December 5th, 2014 these will be the rules for this roleplay:
NO OOC DRAMA!
First and foremost, guys. If you have any issues with someone ooc, come talk to the admins. There’ll be an OOC blog for us to talk and plot, but if we see someone starting things, or two people fighting, we’ll step in. Even if you haven’t come to us. OOC drama also includes disrespect to the admins. Continual issues with this is grounds for removal from the roleplay.
TAG YOUR TRIGGERS!
If you think it needs a trigger warning, it probably does. This list of triggers is not all inclusive, but if you can think of something you’d like added, please don’t hesitate to ask.
• Rape: Tag ‘tw: rape’
• Self-Harm: Tag ‘tw: self-harm’
AND EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THEIR KINKS BUT…
These characters are people. There will be no actual rape (though rape play, if properly tagged and under a readmore, will be allowed). All characters, even subs, have the right to say no and we encourage all members of Isis Academy to have a safeword. There will also be no twincest/incest.
ACTIVITY!
It’s what we’re here for, right? Please let the admins know if you won’t be able to post for a few days. If you leave for 3 days without giving us a heads up (we encourage you to also post in the ooc, in case the message is eaten but you cannot only make a post in the ooc and consider it a warning for us), then you’ll be given a warning and 24 hours to resume activity.
SPEAKING OF ACTIVITY…
We’ll be watching yours. If you log on, post a starter, but never actually interact with someone, we won’t consider that activity. Pictures and music don’t count either.
HIATUSES
We understand that life gets crazy sometimes, and unforeseen problems arise. We will grant temporary hiatuses when asked about them. All we ask is that players keep us updated with regular messages so that we know when the player will be returning.
DON’T SEE YOUR CHARACTER ON THE LIST?
Ask us! We’re probably completely willing to add whoever you’d like. We also accept OCs that aren’t twins (older/younger siblings, cousins) or relatives to the characters at all. However, keep an eye on our sidebar. If we get too many of one type of character, a ban will be placed.
RESERVES
Reserves must be made off anon. They do not guarantee your place as a character, but it does guarantee that I won’t accept until I receive your application. Reserves are good for 24 hours.
AFTER YOU APPLY…
Please send us a message letting us know. This will serve to make sure our ask box didn’t eat your application. It will also allow us to make sure that you’ve read the rules.
PLEASE BE AT LEAST 17.
If you lie, we’ll probably know. But this is a very mature rp, and in order for everyone to be comfortable, we’d like to ensure that all of our players are of age or close to it.
MAJOR PLOTLINES.
They should be run by us first. If you’re not sure whether or not we should be consulted about something, then we probably should. Just to be safe. We reserve the right to ask for you to discontinue anything not run by us first. This rule has been around from the beginning, everyone is aware of it and if it’s violated, we’re not obligated to work anything out with you.
SPEAKING OF PLOTLINES…
Any plot lines that effect a ship partner or any other character within the roleplay need to be run by them before hand! You cannot just run plots without consulting any other characters it will effect!
BE LITERATE!
We’re all adults here, and while we don’t expect your grammar and spelling to constantly be perfect (everyone has their off days, after all), if we find that you’re constantly typin’ lk dis, you will be warned. And in this same token, please give your partners something to reply to. No long reblog strands of one or two word answers.
BE IN CHARACTER
This is an au rp, but characters should retain their basic canon personalities to some extent. Rachel’s not going to act like Santana and Brittany isn’t going to be a genius.
NUMBER OF CHARACTERS
Players will be allowed no more than two characters at a time. Once you are accepted into the role-play and begin interacting, you will have to wait four weeks from your first interaction before applying for a secondary character. This is to ensure that you are well settled into writing with your first muse before taking on a second. The admins reserve the right to deny you a secondary character based upon their judgement. No player will have more than two characters at any given time, there will be a limit of how many times (if at all) that there will be an allowance to switch your secondary character for an alternative secondary character. There will also be no temporary characters allowed under any circumstances.

On Sunday December 7th, 2014, Isis Academy will be rebooting. The last year has been wonderful, but in order to keep this roleplay thriving, we need to reboot.
The reboot will cover everything from our rules to our characters and everything in between. As we get closer to the reboot, there will be more posts like this - further explaining the reboot process.
This post will explain the changes that will occur with the characters. Please read through this carefully.
We have decided not to do a total reboot. This reboot is a chance for you, as the roleplayer, to decide what stays and what goes in your characters past. Use this time wisely to tweak anything you want.
New bios will need to be submitted to the main no later than Friday December 5th by 11:30 pm EST.
The format you will use to send in the new biography will be the character information section from the application.
