Wisdom(3402)
With the “trait” asteroids, such as the Wisdom Asteroid, we are given a gift because the meaning of the asteroid is obvious. With the myth asteroids, one may have to struggle to find the core meaning. In the case of Wisdom, the native may have natural wisdom, if he has this asteroid conjunct a personal planet or angle. The personal planets are the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Mars and Venus. The angles are the Ascendant. IC, Descendant and MC.
Ubasti (4257 )
This asteroid seems to be prominent in people who love cats.
Diana( 78 )
This asteroid seems to be prominent in people who love animals, in general, and who have a passion to protect animals.
Chaos ( 19521)
We, all, know people who create chaos. I think of Pig Pen with his cloud of dust. These natives do not mean to be chaos creators. It is the chart energies *Sigh* One may be one to “stir the stuff”, so to speak, if one has Chaos conjunct a personal planet or an angle.
Aura (1488 )
That which conjuncts Aura shows what we PROJECT to the world. If Aura were to conjunct a love asteroid, such as Valentine, for example, one would project a warm, loving and caring presence. If Aura were to conjunct a volatile asteroid such as Pholus, one may appear “ready to explode”. I think people can have fun seeing Aura in their own charts.
Aesculapia ( 88 )
This asteroid shows an interest in health and medicine. I have it conjunct my Mercury. I worked in natural health for many years. I studied acupuncture, nutrition and homeopathy.
Graves (18824)
This asteroid seems to be prominent in the charts of people who have experienced many deaths.
Fatme ( 866 )
This asteroid seems prominent in the charts of people who have weight issues.
Isis (42 )
This asteroid is prominent in the charts of those who are very loyal and devoted spouses( and may have to pull their significant other out of “messes” )
Asteroids Associated with Egyptian Mythology
Disclaimer: I’m not an expert. This is just what I’ve learned from a little bit of research.
Anubis (1912): Endings, death, transformation, weighing our actions and deeds, considering the consequences of our actions, taking responsibility for our actions.
Apophis (99942): Inimical or evil influences, one committed to destruction, the commission of horrible, unforgiveable acts.
Hathor (2340): Birth of ideas, creative expression, invention, nurturing, bringing joy and living in accordance with moral convictions.
Horus (1924): Sense of identity, heritage, culture, connection to traditions and ancestors, creativity.
Isis (42): Areas in life where we can synthesize love and wisdom from our experiences in life. How we can radiate love in the world. Influence of renewal, rebirth, fruition, nurturing of creativity, talent, family, community, and environment.
Kleopatra (216): Great strength and charisma in its placement. Can make us blind to our faults and flaws.
Nefertiti (3199): Drawing power from others, drawing power from relationships to others.
Nephthys (287): Nurturing potential, seeing what is unseen, gifts undiscovered, you need to take time to practice and develop these things, nurturing to fruition.
Osiris (1923): Personal archetypal figure, who intermediates between the divine Ra (”The archetype of wholeness that includes everything conscious and unconscious”) and Horus (”The defender of the earth”), the personification of the collective unconscious. Sign you need shadow work more likely than not.
Ptah (5011): Our creative nature and birth of ideas, invention, creativity, expression, our strength of belief
Sekhmet (5381): Strength of conviction, strong maternal instincts, protective natures
Sphinx (896): Mystery, enigma, inscrutability, impenetrable thoughts, plans or intentions, questions, missing information, the unknown, people who defy understanding.
Ubasti (4257): Finding love, honor, and interest
Altar Spaces
I love altar spaces. I love the looks of them, the aesthetics of them, the meaning of them, the uses of them. I love all of it. If you follow me, you know i love reblogging altar spaces too. I admire the time and effort one puts into their sacred space. I also respect those who don’t like to share their sacred space and refuse to post pics or even talk about it. I mean, even i haven’t posted my spaces on my account, but here i am! And after cleaning it up and adding new pieces, i’m quite pleased with how it looks at the moment. And yes i do get that they are messy. No doubt about it. The only reasons that they’re messy is because of the lack of space for my altars and also just the collection of things i have for my goddesses that would break my heart to rid of.
So this is my Bast altar. My friend painted the ankh painting for me from a Christmas gift one year so i’ve had it hanging ever since. The new addition to her altar is the incense holder. I am so surprised and pleased to have this addition. Where I live, there aren’t places that will sell new age stuff or at least things that look like this incense holder. So when this pop up shop had this incense holder, I scooped it up real quick!
This is my Aphrodite altar. I associate sea blues and pinks for her so her altar is full of it. Jasperware is also a favourite of mine to add to her altar. Jasperware (fakes of course, i can’t afford the real deal) often depict pictures of greek-like maidens and greek-themed prints on them which makes it all the more fun. And with them being fakes,. thrift stores and antique shops have the pieces for cheap!
I would love to one day have more space to work with and not have everything so cramped, so that gives me something to work hard towards. -PSS

Io Sono l’Inizio,
Vivete in Pace.“
