Since the start of our relationship Chris has always talked about U2 begin his favourite band that he would love to see them live again so when they announced a new tour i had to buy tickets.

The ticket release day, we spent about a hour trying to get tickets,we could not get tickets for London where we wanted, but managed to get standing tickets for Glasgow. We were happy to be going to Glasgow as my Gran and other family member live there and i had not seen her for nearly a year.

We arrived the day before the concert and spent time catching up with my Scottish family. 

We decided not to get to concert too early as we were not too bothered about standing at the front as i am only 5ft 2 and would not have a good view being in the middle of the crowd but when we walk into the venue we were shocked to see the walkway barrier have some spaces so walked over and decided to stand there. 

When the show started we were amazed and happy to find the band spent 80% of the show on the walkway mainly in front of us. Chris was so excited and over the moon singing his heart out to all the songs.

Before the concert i had heard of U2 and knew some songs but wasn’t a fan like my partner but i loved the concert and found the show amazing and entertaining.
