Unfortunately yes, it's just a Delsin thing, he was just born like that somehow
But on the topic of Morgan Yu, Typhons only really consume energy or information, typically in the form of manhandling humans by the face and slurping the neurological info out directly via the electricity used in the brain
But given the fact Morgan was designed to fill a human template he retains many human anatomical factors, such as the ability to extract energy from edible food. But Typhons aren't really meant to eat like humans, so he has absolutely no sense of what he's supposed to be doing
He doesn't make the sandwich, he just eats the components by themselves because "well it's all food, what's the difference" and to him there really isn't a difference, definitely the type to eat coffee beans straight because "why waste all that time doing the extra steps"
