Okay so fun(?) storytime: 

I wasn’t there for the first adventure of this campaign, so Gan literally just walks into town in the second adventure.  Gets invited to a threesome within like 20 minutes which is weird, but alright, that’s just a bit surprising. No big deal.  Meets these other weirdos who are going to go break into a manor to beat up some criminals or something so Gan joins in because he has nothing better to do.  They kill everybody because yeah sure why not. A regular day.

Then Rhamek just starts harvesting and collecting the nipples of the fallen enemies and Gan’s like { WAIT eXCUSe Me WHAT ARe YOU DOING } and nobody fuckin knows sign language yet but they can tell what he’s thinking anyways. And he literally gets no satisfactory explanation. Nothing. Rhamek just feels like it.  I asked the player ages ago and he said something like “idk first adventure I stabbed a guy in the chest and then the DM said their nipple fell off so now I’m just collecting them because I can, I don’t know”.

Rhamek continues collecting nipples from many enemies and also buys like 70 from the circus, including one (1) giant’s nipple.  Then he commissioned a leatherworker to make a capelet out of the nipples, requesting that he use the nipples from this asshole wizard as the ends of some drawstrings so he could go see the wizard in jail and then slap the wizard in the face with his own nipples. The leatherworker agreed if he could also slap the wizard in the face with the nipple drawstrings because the wizard was his shitty ex.  Now Rhamek wears the capelet as a kilt instead.

So yeah that’s why for the longest time, Rhamek’s basic melee attack on roll20 was named “RIP Your Nipples”, which the player would enthusiastically exclaim every single time he used it.
