Pablo wasn’t often surprised by plans but he was always down to catch a Padres game when the opportunity arose. One of his brothers and nephew invited him and his husband last minute to the game tonight and he couldn’t say no even if he’d had plans to have a nice dinner.

Even though Pablo never finished the culinary program he still loved to cook and was always in the kitchen at home. That was why he really didn’t want the steaks he’d started marinating to go to waste so he called up one of his neighbors to see if he’d be interested. Pablo was even willing to go out of his way to hand deliver the steaks as it wasn’t very far of a walk to Tyler’s place.

He knocked on his door and waited for him to answer. He smiled when the man appeared and he hand the bag of steaks out towards him. “Thanks for taking these off my hands. I started the marinade last night so they should be perfect by dinner time tonight,” he explained. “You’ve got a grill, right?”
