Hey Cee happy storyteller saturday!! >w<
Just recently realised that dialogue is NOT my cup of tea haha so I was wondering if you have ever struggled/isn't fond of a certain aspect of writing and how your journey relating to it has been OwO
hii Tate, thanks for the askk<33
oh oof, there's quite a number of aspects I struggle with... for example, descriptions are the bane of my existence. I just get so BORED writing them omg. there're the one thing I write purely for the readers, not because I want to lmaoo. I've been trying to make them more entertaining for myself, and, so far, I've only succeeded with character descriptions. I started to approach them as an extension of the character's personality, so it can be pretty fun trying to figure out how can I make their personality come through/clash against their appearance. place descriptions, on the other hand...bleh
I also dislike writing fight scenes. I Do Not Understand Them. in general, I tend to zone out during fighting in shows or movies, and I often skim over it when reading, too. I understand why people like them, but I just do not care for it lol. as such, I tend to write stories that don't include fight scenes :v I'd rather have my characters fight with words instead of swords or guns hahaha
