i assume i'm not the first person to talk about this here but apparently anthpo apologized for his atrocious furry video. i don't know if anyone involved has forgiven him but imo nobody should. even though he claims to have edited the video to remove some stuff as per people's wishes he still should be held accountable. and it's not like this was a one off thing either, he's had this obsession with furries for a while and you can see that if you scroll through his channel. nobody should be giving him a pass for failing to fix his ways. and i get wanting to give people a second chance but he's so very clearly insincere about being better in the future.

having thought further about it, detey but as unrequited love. dogman loves petey in a traditionally romantic sense but amplified by that trademark autistic quirk of expressing that love in unconventional ways. petey doesn't reciprocate any of that attraction on account of him being aroace and a little sex repulsed (only a headcanon but i will die on this hill) but still thinks of dogman as a good friend and values the time they share. petey accepts dogman's affection with some understandable limits because he cares about him and wants to make him feel loved as much as he can truthfully express. dogman realizes petey cares about him but the knowledge that petey will never love him in the way that he loves petey eats away at him often. this disconnect doesn't impede their ability to care for lil petey as parents though obvs
