What would it be like to build a house with Dean? Cuz come on, Dean with a tool belt and hammer? I'd let him nail me into the wall too. BUT ALSO DEAN WITH PAINT ON HIS FACE. CUUUTTTEE
I mean really, you said it all!
Dean is overly enthusiastic about building the house. He’s excited to be building roots along side you, his favorite person, and making memories along the way. He’s always up bright and early, tool belt on, doing what he can, and bossing people around as they show up. He keeps the designs for the outside and each inside room pinned up everywhere he can (he printed A LOT of copies). HE doesn’t want anyone to lose sight of the vision you two have for your forever home.
When the structure of the house is built, you can bet there’s a panic room in the basement similar to (but better than) Bobby’s, and a big-ass library that Sam helped stock full of lore books and other books you both enjoy (along with some Busty Asian Beauties but you haven’t told anyone you hid them there for Dean).
Dean painting is the cutest thing. He plays some ACDC or Zepplin and dances around a bit as he paints. Really, he just shakes his ass and sometimes does air guitar. It’s hard for you to continue working when you catch him doing that, because it’s so friggin adorable and you just want to keep watching. Sometimes he catches you watching and pulls you in, dancing around with you. Other times, he’ll chase you playfully with a paintbrush or roller. He has flecks of paint mixed in with his freckles now, and you’ve smeared some across his forehead a few times, just to play around.
Sure, the painting takes a little longer because of your breaks for fun, but you wouldn’t have it any other way, and all those memories make the house a home before anyone has even moved in.
