WHY ARE THEY ROUNDED

WHAT HAPPENED TO PROFILE PICTURES

WHY DO THE NOTES LOOK LIKE THAT

I looked through my xkit rewritten options again since I haven't basically since it first game out and was able to make the dash more bearable but it still doesn't solve the main thing I wanted and liked about DU, namely getting rid of the sidebar. I thought I remembered some posts when it first changed about a script for ublock but can't find it.

I know it's a minor petty thing to dislike but I think what actually kills me about it is it pushes the entire dash a little bit to the right, like scrolling and looking at the site feels intrinsically just a little uncanny.

and tbh I do also just generally kinda hate everything being sidebars now. Somewhere along the line we stopped paying people to make separate mobile and desktop designs and it has only ever managed to make desktop sites worse, but that's a different conversation

I've gotten to where I hate Twitter. I just want to find someone's account, or DM them & there is not enough room for my tweet and the interface is a confusing carwreck. It's like a dyslexic designed it in a mirror, and then an advertising VP edited the interface while drunk.

Serious design failure. The whole idea behind twitter was simplicity. And now it a giant piece of dung.
