sylus knows.
you’re restless, more vocal than usual. soft, uneven purrs slipping out between breathy little whines. and yet, he pretends not to notice. feigns indifference even as you subtly rub yourself against the furniture, or let your tail brush against him when you pass. you think you’re being discreet.
he’s told you so many times to just ask him for things you want. wether it’s his credit card, a sliver of his attention, or his cock, it never mattered. he always encourages you to be honest about what you need. generous, open-handed, never judging. but you never ask. instead you fidget. you stutter. you tiptoe around the wanting like you’re hoping he’ll somehow read your mind. like you’re too shy to say it, but too needy to stop trying to show it.
and truth be told, oftentimes you didn’t even need to tell him. sylus always does. but he’s kind while you’re shy. and so he indulges you; picks up the pastries you were eyeing, purchases the little dress you left in your cart.
but this was different. this felt like entertainment. it was amusing to watch, and he’d taught you manners often enough for you to know better at this point. he’s aware of your uneven purrs, accompanied by little whines, your tail flickering against his thigh, when you sprawl out over his lap, belly up, legs stretched, like you’re offering yourself without even meaning to.
sylus knows the ache is unbearable. knows how empty you feel. he knows you want to be filled to the brim, held down, soothed, have him fuck the heat out of you until you’re seeing stars. and yet, he waits. curious. amused. wondering just how far you’ll take this ridiculousness.
and you think you’re discreet about your need while sitting at his feet while he speaks on a call, voice smooth as velvet, discussing the shipment of some rare, iridescent stone from abroad. your face pressed against his thigh, nuzzling like you’re desperate for warmth, your tail curled sweetly around his ankle. he glances down, phone in one hand, and finds you trembling, pupils wide and glossy, fingers twitching near his zipper like a desperate little thing.
sylus tsks under his breath, the sound low enough for just you to hear, and he doesn’t miss the way your ears twitch.
he cuts across the voice on the other end of the line. “my assistance is needed at the moment,” he says coolly, his eyes still fixed on you. “let’s discuss this later.”
his gaze doesn’t leave you. not even as he ends the call, sets the phone aside, and leans forward to grip your jaw.
“you’ve been squirming all day, kitten,” he murmurs. “ready to start using your words? or do you need a little help remembering how?”
