"Chief!" Matt gasped, shocked as Boden opened his office door. You'd pulled the blinds low so no one could see, but you must have forgotten to lock the door. Whoops.
Boden was out as suddenly as he came in, wide-eyed and apologetic as you nearly fell on the floor in shock, scrambling from Matt's bunk to grab your shirt, face very red.
"Chief Boden, so, so, sorry," you called through the door, looking guiltily at Matt as he straightened out his own uniform. Oh, he was in trouble for this, wasn't he.
"Is it safe?" Boden asked from behind the door.
Matt took a breath, checking if you were decent, "yeah Chief," he was hesitant in his reply, knowing he was in for it.
Boden opened the door and you avoided his gaze, glancing to the floor. "Captain Casey," he started, "haven't we been in this position before?"
"We have," Matt admitted, you cheeks growing warmer as you remembered an equally embarrassing encounter last year when you had surprised Matt on his birthday at the station.
"And didn't I tell you not to let me catch you doing it again?" He carried on, adding after a pause, "for more than one reason."
Matt cleared his throat, "you did."
Boden shook his head and sighed, not knowing exactly what punishment this would warrant. "Three strikes," he decided, "don't let me get to three."
"No sir," Matt promised, nodding sharply. Boden took that cue to exit, clearly glad to get away from the situation he'd just walked in to.
Once the door was shut Matt started to laugh, earning a light swat on the arm from you.
"This isn't funny, you could have gotten in trouble." You told him.
"Oh come on, it's kind of funny," he replied, "kind of curious what happens if we get to three though."
"I'm not!" You laughed at his ridiculous suggestion. "I'm so never coming here like this again."
Matt's face told you he wasn't convinced, and honestly, neither were you.

Imagine: Being Scott’s girlfriend, and telling him and the gang that you’re pregnant. [x]
Y/N: I have something important to tell everyone!
Scott: Is it good news?
Stiles: Yeah, I could really use some good news right now, or really any news that isn’t bad- neutral news-
Lydia: -Stiles! Shut up! As you were saying, Y/N?
Y/N: I’m pregant!
“You guys remember fifth grade and how Y/N had a crush on...” Stiles began but was quickly interrupted by a pillow to the face.
He looked to Y/N who was sitting across the living room, one less pillow piled next to her and trying not to fall over form laughing at him.
“That was rude Y/N.”
She simply shrugged, “And you promised to never talk about that. We pinky promised.”
Scott rolled his eyes at his best friends, wondering to himself when the two were going to admit their feeling to themselves. But he wasn’t going to hold his breath. Scott had been watching the two of them pine after the other one since the sixth grade and do nothing about it. So now Scott was stuck in the middle with two secrets that weren’t his, watching how they would hurt when the other one would get into a relationship.
“You wanna know what I want to talk about,” Scott began. Stiles and Y/N looked to their friend, waiting for him to continue. “I want to talk about the crush y’all have had on each other for years.”
Stiles and Y/N looked at each other quickly, the same look of shock across their features. Neither one said anything for a moment, but as a small smile broke out across Stiles’ face Scott know it was the push that they needed.
Summary: Derek teaches you how to fight, leading to tension between the two of you and a confession.
Additional Notes: Not sure if I️ did a great job writing for Derek but I️ tried my best and really hope you like it
“You could’ve gotten yourself killed,” Derek said, exasperated. “What the hell were you thinking?”
“I️ was thinking that I️ couldn’t just stand by and do nothing!” you retorted.
Derek tilted his head slightly, brows furrowed as he looked at you, as if trying to figure you out. Despite your discomfort, you stood your ground, attempting to match his intensity with your own gaze as you looked him in the eyes.
“Teach me how to fight,” you suggested, your voice commanding.
Derek shook his head and scoffed, dismissing your idea.
“No,” he uttered flatly.
You crossed your arms in front of your chest and shrugged.
“Why not?” you challenged.
“Because, what if you...” he started before trailing off.
Defiantly, you took a stepped forward toward him, feeling the weight of your own feet hitting the ground before you exhaled.
“What if I️ what?” you tested.
Derek’s face twisted as he grew aware of his lack of a rebuttal. He nodded.
“Fine. Tomorrow. 6am,” he declared.
You groaned in annoyance.
“That’s so early,” you complained.
Derek shrugged.
“If you’re not serious about this...” he began.
You sighed.
“I️ am,” you contradicted. “I️ guess I’ll meet you at the ass crack of dawn, then.”
~~~
The first session didn’t go smoothly. You found Derek to be impatient and critical, making too big a deal out of every misstep on your part, never failing to inform you that had it been a real situation, you would’ve been hurt or killed.
Still, in spite of his criticism, you remained determined to learn how to defend yourself.
It was during another session that you began to see right through him. He had been training you in the woods and managed to pin you against a tree. He had you in that position for a while, the two of you both breathing heavily and your heart racing. The air moving in and out of your lungs felt thick and almost too heavy to breathe.
His eyes darted to your lips, and that was it. He was going to kiss you and you were ready.
Except, that isn’t what happened next.
He moved back away from you, clearing his throat, ready to pretend the moment you just shared hadn’t happened at all.
“You should be more careful,” he remarked.
That was the last straw for you. You'd had it.
“What is your problem?” you blurted.
Derek crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow.
“My problem?” he challenged.
You groaned.
“Yes, Derek, your problem. You criticize every little thing I️ do even though I’ve been working my ass off and actually getting a lot better, might I️ add. Not to mention that you didn't want to train me in the first place and still haven’t told me why. So cut the crap and tell me what your deal is,” you said.
Derek blinked, clearly taken aback by your slight outburst.
“Look, I️ just...I️ don’t want anything bad to happen to you, okay?” he confessed.
Despite the slight coldness still lingering in his tone, you were touched by his words, your demeanor softening as you moved in closer.
You shook your head slightly, taking one of his hands in yours.
“Derek, hey, look at me. I’m gonna be just fine, okay?” you assured.
He nodded and sighed.
“I’ve lost enough people that I️ love, [Y/N]. I️ can't add you to that list,” he confided.
You quietly gasped at the implication of his words.
“You said people...that you love?” you asked, your words slow and calculated as you approached the subject with caution.
The werewolf pressed his lips together tightly, jaw clenched as he nodded reluctantly.
“I️’m in love with, [Y/N],” he confessed.
Gently, you touched a hand to his cheek before leaning in for the overdue kiss. The moment was different now, though. It wasn’t filled with heat and driven by passion. Instead, the kiss was tender and affirming. It was your nonverbal way of telling him that everything was okay.
With your hand still on his face, you looked deeply into his eyes, gazing into his vulnerable and wounded soul.
“I️ love you too, Derek Hale, and you’re not gonna lose me. That’s a promise.”
Hi guys! This is the next part of the Stiles Sis Fic series based loosely (and even that is generous) off of season two episode two. For more of my writing, check out my Masterlist here. Enjoy!
You were starting to contemplate how you were going to explain what was about to happen to your father, when by some miracle he got called back into the station. Your relief was short-lived though as with every minute that passed, Isaac was struggling more and more. His senses were on overdrive, he felt every muscle in his body, and both his senses and emotions were heightened. He felt the fear of the hunters, the sadness of losing his dad, the anger at his dad for being in this position in the first place. But he also felt safe being with you and an overwhelming need to protect you, he was trying to channel into that and ignore everything else. What had you called it earlier? Finding an anchor. Maybe for now you could be his anchor.
“Isaac, you still with me?” you asked after he had zoned out for a minute.
“Yeah, sorry.”
“You have nothing to be sorry for, you’re doing great. I just wanted to check in, is there anything you need?”
“Just keep talking, it helps. Keeps me focused.”
So, you decided to catch him up on everything that had happened in your life since that fated night before school when Scott got bit. Before you could finish though, you were cut off by Isaac’s sudden shift in demeaner. His teeth were clenched, breaths forceful. He tensed up and was on the verge of losing control all together.
“Isaac,” you said cautiously.
“You have to go, I don’t want to hurt you!”
“Listen Isaac, this is the worst of it. Right here, right now, you just have to fight it out a little longer and it will all be over.”
“I can’t! Please go,” he struggled, all but growling.
“Isaac I’m not leaving, and you aren’t going to hurt me. You are the strongest person I know, you just need to focus on what it is that makes you human. Find an anchor. I believe in you, you can do this,” you reassured him, taking a step towards him.
Isaac recoiled away from you, afraid of what he might do. Deep down he could feel it, the bloodlust, he could hear your pulse, he could... what were you doing?
He looked at your hand which had reached for his now clawed one. You gently took it in yours and carefully placed it over your heart. You were grounding him the way you used to do when he had panic attacks. He could feel your heart beat and the calming rise and fall of your chest.
“Hey, look at that,” you spoke.
Isaac looked up and realized for the first time that his claws and fangs had retracted. His senses were still heightened, but it was more manageable. He glanced at the clock, he had made it. Relieved, he pulled you into a tight hug and you let out a breath that you hadn’t even known you were holding.
“Congratulations on making it through your first full moon.”
The two of you didn’t say much else, electing instead to crawl in your bed and allow the exhaustion to take over.
Meanwhile:
When Scott and Stiles arrived at Scott’s house, the plan was for a quiet night in. That was at least before Allison called. Apparently, she overheard a conversation between her grandfather and her dad in which it was revealed that Isaac’s dad was killed by something supernatural, but not a werewolf. If that wasn’t bad enough, they were sending hunters to Isaac’s house, with the intention to put him out of his misery if he so much as looked at the full moon. On top of that, they were apparently suspicious of Lydia as well.
“We have to do something, if Isaac’s at his house Y/n’s there too,” Stiles realized.
“You’re right, but with the hunters there we can’t just show up or they’ll expect something,” Scott added.
“I’ll go,” Allison decided, “his father was just killed, so I can say I was just checking in on him as a friend. Besides, nobody knows that I know about him or their plans.”
“You are not going alone, it’s too dangerous,” Scott argued.
“I’m an Argent, they won’t do anything to me, besides, I can handle myself,” she reminded.
“They might not, but if this is Isaac’s first full moon, I’m not taking that risk. I’ll meet you there,” Scott decided, hanging up before she could object.
“I gotta go. See if you can sneak into the morgue or the station or something and get photos of what happened to Isaac’s father. After that maybe swing by and check on Lydia,” Scott instructed as he searched for a hoodie.
Before Stiles could say anything else, Scott was sprinting out the door and towards Isaac’s house. Careful not to be seen, he made it inside and was soon met by Allison. It was soon revealed that neither you or Isaac were there.
“Where should we check next?” Allison asked, “Scott?”
“I thought I could control this,” Scott struggled.
“It’s okay Scott, what do you need me to do?”
“You have to leave. I can’t - It’s not safe,” Scott said as his breathing began to speed up.
“I’m not leaving you Scott, there has to be something we can do,” Allison decided bravely.
After some thought, it was decided that Allison would lock him in the freezer. They same way Isaac’s dad had done to him on far too many occasions. She reluctantly tightened the chains around it before locking them. She had originally planned on staying by Scott’s side, but she heard noises coming from upstairs. She thought that maybe it could have been you and Isaac, so she cautiously made her way up.
But instead it was one of her father’s men who had come to take out Isaac. She knew that she had to keep him from going downstairs and discovering Scott at all costs, especially if he wasn’t fully in control.
Upon seeing her, the many questioned why she was here and where Isaac was. Before she could lie though, a lizard-like creature burst through the window. She screamed and raced forward to get a knife before backing herself into the corner. The creature didn’t even glance in her direction, its sole focus on the hunter before it. Before she or the other hunter could react, it swiped the back of the hunter’s neck and then brutally shoved its claws in his stomach and dragged them up through his chest. Allison screamed again at the gruesome sight, not prepared for the horrifying gurgling noises that followed.
In the basement, Scott was doing everything in his power to escape the freezer. He had never heard Allison scream like that and he knew that she was in danger. He could protect her if he could just get out! He furiously pounded at the lid until it finally popped open. Within seconds, he was upstairs standing between Allison and the...what is that thing?
But as soon as he arrived, the creature darted off into the night.
He didn’t even consider following and instead turned to Allison holding her arms as he looked for any sign of injury, “Are you alright? Did it hurt you?”
“No I’m fine. It didn’t touch me,” she said softly trying to ignore the shock of the whole situation. Scott pulled her into a tight hug for a moment before his eyes met the body and pool of blood that were mere feet away.
The scent of the blood was nauseating, and the smell of Allison’s fear was not much better. “We have to get out of here, before more hunters show up” Scott said leading his girlfriend away from it all.
Meanwhile:
Stiles had completely struck out at the police station. The case photos that he snuck in to get weren’t even in his dad’s office. And as he was trying to sneak out of the office, he was caught by one of the deputies. Lying on his feet was not a strong suit of Stiles’ and he was forced to sit there and wait until his dad came to collect him.
He was agitated as this was supposed to be a quick in and out so that he would still have time to check on Lydia. He pulled out his phone and debated whether or not to call you, he knew you were probably still mad at him, but he was both worried about you being alone with Isaac (especially with the hunters involved) and he knew that you would be far more likely to get a response from Lydia than he would.
He swallowed his pride and dialed your number only for it to go straight to voicemail. So either your phone was dead, you are ignoring him because your mad, or your in trouble. Great. He decided to call Scott next but once again, there was no answer. Feeling a growing sense of dread, he decided to call Allison, and then he realized that he still didn’t have her number.
Before he could call anyone else, his dad arrived with a disapproving look.
“You know that it is a crime to break in to the police station, in to the sheriff’s office, so do you wanna tell me what the hell you were thinking?”
Luckily for him, Stiles had been provided with enough time to think of a valid excuse, “Honestly, I was trying to figure out what you knew about Isaac’s dad’s case. Y/n and him are close and I wanted to see if there was anything that I could do to help.”
“You can help by being there for him, not by committing a felony and trying to get me fired,” your dad rolled his eyes.
“Do you know where Y/n is?” Stiles tried changing the subject.
“She is at the house with Isaac, where I am supposed to be to keep an eye on him as he is still technically a suspect in a murder investigation,” his dad sighed, Stiles had good intentions, though he always seemed to have a knack for putting his nose where it didn’t belong. “Come on, let’s go home, we’ll talk about this later.”
Stiles felt somewhat relieved, though he still didn’t like the idea of you being alone with Isaac. Then he realized that he needed to distract your guys’ dad so that he wouldn’t accidently find out about Isaac’s secret. However, that wasn’t a problem as he was soon called to a crime scene. Another murder. He told Stiles to go straight home, and then quickly left the station.
It was as Stiles got in Roscoe that Scott called him back. He briefly explained what had happened and what he saw of the creature. After Allison had calmed down, she went to Lydia’s so she would have an excuse for being away from home. At this point it was after midnight, and the power of the moon was starting to dwindle. Scott asked is Stiles had heard from you at all, and Stiles told him that he knew you and Isaac were at your house, to which he was headed now, but that your phone was off. Stiles also told Scott that he should go home and lay low, but he doubted his friend would actually listen.
When he pulled into the driveway he mentally braced himself for what he was going to find. His thoughts went back to Scott’s first full moon and his bloodthirst and complete lack of control. And that was Scott, he couldn’t even imagine what it would be like for someone like Isaac who had been through everything that he had been through. He made his way upstairs and hesitated momentarily outside your door. He took a deep breath and opened it, allowing the light from the hallway to flood in. He was slightly shocked to see that you Isaac were laying on your bed. There were no signs that anything out of the ordinary had happened.
The light woke you up and you squinted to see who opened your door. It was Stiles, you rolled your eyes debating whether you wanted to deal with him right now. As he started to close your door, you forced yourself out of bed careful not to disturb Isaac.
“Lydia was completely fine tonight,” you say from Stiles’ doorway startling him, “I figured you would want to know,” you turned away.
“Y/n,” he called after you, “I am sorry about earlier.”
“I know you are,” you said sincerely, “and it’s fine. We can talk tomorrow about what happened today and Isaac, and everything else.”
You decided to grab a glass of water before heading back to bed when you noticed that there was someone pacing outside your front door. You recognized Scott and stood there and watched him for a moment. It was weird, in all the time that the two of you had been friends, you couldn’t remember ever getting into an argument with him. You would be lying if you said his words hadn’t hurt you, but you reminded yourself that they weren’t truly his words. So you turned the lock on the door, “You know, you could have knocked, rung the doorbell, called, text, or even yelled instead of standing out here like a dork. Maybe my brother is starting to wear off on you,” you joke half-heartedly.
“Y/n I-” Scott started.
“You were dealing with the full moon, and said some things that you didn’t mean. But you are a high school student with the weight of the world on his shoulders and you didn’t ask for this. Every time you turn around it seems like there is one more obstacle between you and any chance that you have of living a normal life. It’s okay Scott, even you are allowed to have a bad day every once in a while.”
“That’s not an excuse, and I really am sorry.”
“Well, I accept your apology and later I promise to catch you up to speed on everything that happened. But its late and I’m exhausted.”
“Are you sure we’re okay?” Scott asked, confused at how you could possibly not be mad at him.
“We’re good, I promise. Now come inside and get some rest, you can have your choice of Stiles’ room or the couch,” you said, grabbing him some blankets.
As Scott laid down on your couch, he started to think. Maybe Isaac being a werewolf would be manageable, after all the two of you were close and Scott knew that would work in your favor later on. Derek had to stop though, with the hunters on high-alert this was the worst possible time to be converting innocent teens into werewolves. His thoughts then drifted to that creature he saw and how scarred Allison was. One thing was for sure, tomorrow was going to be a long day.
You walked over to your locker and dropped your backpack at your feet with a sigh. The lunch bell had just rang so you shoved your backpack in the metal compartment and shut the door before anything could fall out. You turned and followed the rest of your classmates to the lunchroom, a headache already brewing behind your eyes.
"Hey!" you heard a familiar, chipper voice call from behind you.
You glanced over your shoulder to find your boyfriend bouncing his way towards you. Once he was by your side, he wrapped a long arm around your shoulders. "Wanna get out of here?" he asked with a wiggle of his eyebrows.
"Stiles," you sighed and wrapped your arm around his waist as you walked together. "I promised my parents I wouldn't fall behind this year."
"It's half of one day!" Stiles argued, looking around and dropping his voice when he'd realized how loud he'd been. "It's not our fault some supernatural psychos torment our town every few months."
You let out a laugh and shook your head a bit. Your parents knew about the Pack and your little adventures. How could they not after Deucalion kidnapped you and used you as a rouse to get to your friends. You were missing for almost a week by the time everyone found you. After that, you told them everything and they were just happy you hadn't been turned into some weird creature. They also liked Stiles and knew he would protect you no matter what.
"Only if I can do my homework… and no funny business," you finally agreed, slowing to a stop outside the lunchroom. Stiles grinned and nodded his head quickly, the two of you going back the way you'd came to get your things from your locker. After that, you were off to the tall brunette's house.
The drive to the Stilinski house was short and the two of you were happy to see the Sheriff's car wasn't parked in the driveway. You didn't want a lecture about the importance of education. You both climbed out of the powder blue vehicle, Stiles carrying your backpack for you as he unlocked the front door and let you inside. You sighed happily as you stepped into the familiar home, a soft smile spreading across your lips.
Stiles led you through the house to his bedroom, even though you already knew it like the back of your hand. You sat down on the bed and kicked off your shoes, taking the deep blue blanket that was folded neatly next to you and wrapping it around your shoulders. Stiles set your backpack on the floor in front of you before kicking off his own shoes, nearly falling over as he did so. He quickly regained his balance and smiled at you.
"Hungry?" he asked.
"Always," you replied with a wrinkle to your nose.
Stiles sighed happily and bent down to press a kiss to your forehead. He then spun around and made his way out of the room while calling, "This is why I love you!"
You giggled softly and shook your head at his silliness. You then leaned down and pulled your homework out of your backpack, using one of your textbooks as a surface to write on. You started on your work before Stiles could come back and distract you like he was oh so good at. When he came back into the room, he was juggling a stack of sandwiches, two bags of chips and two soda cans.
"Okay. Okay help, help, help," he sputtered out while rushing towards the bed.
You quickly took the sodas and chips out of your boyfriend's hands in time for him to regain balance of the sandwiches. He made an 'Ah-ha!' in victory before climbing onto the bed beside you. Once he was situated, he passed you a sandwich wrapped in a paper towel. You passed him his chips and his drink then went back to your homework while happily munching on your sandwich.
The two of you sat in a comfortable silence for awhile, just enjoying each other's company and eating. To your surprise, Stiles actually let you do your school work. You knew it wasn't going to last long. Sure enough, when he was done eating, you felt the brunette shift closer to you. You could tell he was looking over your shoulder at the work in front of you. It was only a matter of time before he would start whispering the answers in your ear. It wasn't that he didn't think you could figure them out on your own, he just wanted you to be finished so he could have your undivided attention.
You felt him get up from the bed but didn't bother to see what he was doing. Sometimes it was better to just not question Stiles and his actions. You felt him climb back onto the bed and heard a pencil scratching on paper shortly after. You smiled, knowing he was actually doing his homework. Moments later, a paper was thrust in front of your face. It was the same worksheet you were halfway done with, completely filled out.
"I don't need the answers," you sighed with a shake of your head.
"I know you don't," Stiles responded. You looked over your shoulder and met his honey colored eyes. "It'll just be faster this way."
You huffed slightly but took the paper anyway and filled in the answers Stiles had given you. When you were done, you felt slender arms snake around your waist. His face nuzzled into the side of your neck, lips tickling your skin as a hum left his mouth. He slowly began pressing open mouthed kisses down to your shoulder. A content sigh left your lips as you practically melted into his touch.
Stiles gently took the blanket off your shoulders and began to pull you closer but you tisked softly and pulled away. You turned to look at him, wearing a small smirk while his face held a pout. "I still have to do math," you told him.
A groan left the brunette's chest as his head fell back. "No. No math. No Spanish. No more homework," he argued.
He grabbed your arms and pulled you into him. This time you didn't protest as he climbed on top of you, using his hands to support his weight as he gazed down into your eyes. He lowered himself down until he was settled between your thighs and his forearms were resting beside your head. Your hands traveled up his biceps and around his shoulder blades, one hand snaking into the short hairs on the back of his head. In an instant you pulled him down, lips meeting in a fiery kiss.
Stiles hummed against your lips as they moved in sync. He pulled back when he felt short of breath and looked down at you again. Your pupils were blown and your lips were swollen, a brighter pink now. He let out a chuckle as a smirk spread across his lips. "Still wanna do homework?" he ask cockily.
"Shut up," you breathed back through a smile, pulling him down to meet your lips again.
Stiles shifted his weight, hips grinding down against against yours and causing a moan to escape your lips. When your mouth opened he took that opportunity to slip his tongue past your lips. Your legs came up and hooked over his hips, pulling him impossibly closer. His tongue felt like velvet in our mouth, causing another moan to escape you.
The brunette pulled away slowly, teeth dragging your plump bottom lip with him. Before you could protest, his mouth attached to your neck. He sucked at your soft skin, teeth nipping in all the right places that he knew drove you crazy. Your breath was leaving you in short pants as your fingers gripped at his shoulders.
Stiles pushed your shirt up past your stomach and over your breasts. The light color of eyes seemed to disappear as his pupils grew wildly. His hands covered the fleshy mounds on your chest over your bra and he squeezed them deliciously. "God you have the most perfect tits," he said with a low voice. He pressed open mouthed kisses to the skin just above the edge of your bra.
You couldn't help the grin that spread across your face as your fingers curled into his hair. A gasp left your mouth when he pulled the padded cup of your bra down and his hot mouth encased your nipple. You whined as his tongue swirled around the perky nub. Your hands gripped at the back of his shirt, trying to pull it off of him to get your hands on more of his body.
"Stiles why are you- Oh God," Sheriff Stilinski's voice startled you both.
Your boyfriend quickly covered you with his blanket, rolling off of you and onto the floor. He jumped up, pulling his shirt down and clasping his hands together in front of the bulge in his jeans. Your face had never been so red as you sat up and fixed your clothing under the shield of a blanket. Thankful Stiles had been on top of you, shielding your body with his own.
"Hey dad! What are you, uh, why are you home?" Stiles stuttered out.
The Sheriff had his back to you both now, hands on his hips. When he turned around he couldn't bring himself to meet your eyes. He simply stared at his son in shock. "I came home to get some files I left here and… Why am I explaining myself to you? Shouldn't you two be at school?" he questioned you both.
You and Stiles looked at each other, wracking your brains for some sort of excuse. Neither of you could come up with anything. Noah Stilinski sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose, shaking his head slightly as he looked at the two embarrassed teenagers. "You know what, I've got to go. The two of you, behave. I'm still too young to be a grandpa," he sighed out.
"Oh God, dad," Stiles mumbled and covered his face.
"Bye Sheriff," you spoke as innocently as you could, a sweet smile on your face.
All Noah could manage to do was smile uncomfortably before leaving the room. Stiles walked to his door and shut it once he heard his dad exit the house. He turned back to you slowly and the second your eyes met, the two of you erupted in fits of laughter.
The brunette boy walked back across the room and crawled up the bed, still fighting giggles. You curled up against his side his let out a sigh once you caught your breath. The both of you knew the mood was ruined, but you weren't mad about it. Admittedly, your own parents had walked in on you two in heated situations more than once. He wrapped his arms around you and kissed the top of your head as you laid in silence for a little while.
"Can we watch Once Upon A Time?" you asked, tilting your head up to look at your boyfriend.
"Oh so you can talk about how hot Captain Hook is the whole time?" Stiles scoffed but reached for his remote anyway and turned on his TV.
"Hey! Killian Jones is a beautiful specimen and you've admitted that!" you argued with a smile. You leant up and pressed a kiss to the corner of Stiles' mouth. "No one compares to you though."
Stiles couldn't help but smile and press a sweet peck to your lips. He put on the show and snuggled closer to you. The two of you were invested in the show for a few episodes. At some point, Stiles fell asleep. You didn't know when, you just know he eventually started snoring softly. You carefully paused the show and placed the remote beside you. You then nuzzled your nose against his chest and let yourself drift off to sleep with him.
You took a deep breath before entering Derek’s loft for the pack meeting.
Smile, (Y/N). you told yourself.
“Hey.” you smiled as Derek opened the door.
“Hey,” he replied, giving a tight-lipped smile back as you entered.
“(Y/N)!” you heard the rest of the pack exclaim as you entered.
“Hey, sorry I’m late! I had some work to do,” you said.
“Don’t worry about it. We’re just about to start.” Lydia said, motioning to you to sit next to her.
You walked to sit next to Lydia as you looked around at the pack with a smile.
-----
You looked around, tapping your foot anxiously. You looked at the time.
10:19 already?! you exclaimed to yourself.
“I gotta go,” you said, getting up.
“What? It’s not even 11!” Stiles exclaimed.
“I know, my curfew is 10:30,” you replied, standing up as you started grabbing your belongings.
“But we’re not even done with the movie!” Scott complained.
“I know, just tell me how it ends,” you said, rushing to leave.
“(Y/N)! Can’t you break curfew just this once?!” Lydia whined.
“No.” you deadpanned.
“Oh c’mon! You’re always such a good girl!” Lydia started teasing you.
“Stop. (Y/N) said she had to go.” Derek said,
annoyed with the pack.
“Thanks. I’ll see you guys tomorrow.” you have a small smile as you went off.
“(Y/N),” Derek called, running after you.
“Yeah?” you asked.
“Here, come with me.” he touched your arm softly, pulling you away from the pack.
“What’s up?” you asked
“Actually, I was gonna ask you that,” he said.
“Uhm, why?” you asked.
“I could see you bouncing your leg, I can smell the anxiousness and fear coming off of you. Are you okay?” he asked, looking concerned.
“I’m okay.” you lied.
“Are you sure?” he asked again, looking doubtful about your answer.
“I’m sure. Thanks for checking up on me. I gotta go. Bye, Der.” you pressed your lips against his.
“I love you.”
“I love you too.” you said, running offz
-----
You felt your heart ache against your chest as your breathing was labored.
10:36. 6 minutes late you said to yourself.
You opened the door, entering your house.
“D-Dad? I-I’m home,” you called shakily.
“You’re late,” he said.
You looked down, knowing he was in front of you. You could smell the alcohol reeking from him.
“I-I know, I’m sorry. T-There was traffic and….” you started, even though you knew no excuse would be good enough.
“You’re lying.” he spat.
Your eyes watered a bit, but you continued to stay still, looking down.
“I-I lost track of time,” you replied, your voice barely above a whisper.
“What?” your father said.
“I-I…” you stuttered, taking deep breaths.
“Look at me,” he said.
You kept your head down.
“Look at me,” he repeated, nearing you.
You tried to control your emotions.
“I said look at me you bitch!” your father slammed his fist on the wall next to your head, causing you to jump.
You looked at him, as your eyes watered more.
“Where were you?!” he yelled.
“I-I lost track of time,” you said, your voice shaky.
“Don’t let it happen again.” he clenched his teeth in anger, as he held onto your arm, squeezing it tightly.
“I-I’m sorry.” you cried.
His grip only got tighter.
“I-I’m sorry.” you cried again.
“You still need to learn your lesson,” he said, you could smell the alcohol from his breath.
“P-Please. I-I’m sorry.” you cried.
He ignored your cries, pulling you harshly.
----
You looked in the mirror the next morning, looking at your now dark blue and purple, swollen eye. You’d just come up with another lie to tell everyone at school.
You walked slowly downstairs, your body aching with each step as you kept an eye out for your father. He wasn't much different drunk than he was normally.
You saw he wasn't there as you quickly grabbed your bag and leather jacket and left.
----
“(Y/N)! What the hell happened?!” Lydia gasped, noticing your eye.
“I was playing around and accidentally hit myself in the eye.” you lied.
“Oh wow,” Stiles said, looking at your eye.
“Really, I’m fine. It just hurts a little.” you smiled, nodding your head.
“Okay, well I’m gonna be late to class, so I’ll see you guys later,” Lydia said, running off.
----
You put your hand in your pocket, reaching for your phone, realizing it wasn't there.
Are you kidding me? you groaned, realizing you left it at home.
----
“(Y/N).” you heard Derek’s voice from behind you.
“Derek? What are you doing here?” you asked him, confused.
“What the hell happened to your eye?” he nearly yelled.
“I-I had an accident. I’m fine,” you said.
“What happened?” he asked again.
“I accidentally hit my eye, it’s not a big deal. What are you doing here?” you asked.
“You left your bracelet last night. I tried to text you, but you didn't reply,” he said, holding your bracelet up.
“Oh, thanks. I left my phone at home today,” you replied, taking your bracelet.
“Okay….” he replied.
“Yeah,” you replied a bit awkwardly.
“Does it hurt?” he asked, his voice soft.
“Just a little,” you replied, looking down.
He reached down, taking your hand in his. You saw his veins turn black as he took your pain.
“You don't have to-” you started.
“You’re in so much pain,” he said, worried.
“Thanks, I gotta go.” you quickly replied, pulling away and running off, before he could stop you.
-----
You took a deep breath as you walked into your house.
Your dad wasn't home yet so you decided to get other things done.
-----
“(Y/N)” your dad roared as he entered the house. It was a little after 10 and he was already drunk.
“Y-Yes…” you ran downstairs as fast as you could.
“You little bitch!” he yelled, as he slapped you hard across the face.
You gasped, stumbling a few steps back.
“W-What are you talking about?” you said, your voice shaky.
“You stole from me!” he yelled.
“I-I didn’t… i didn't take anything.” you said.
“You liar!” he yelled again, grabbing your hair and pulling you to him.
You groaned softly, feeling the pain from the grip on your hair.
“S-Stop.” you cried.
“Get out.” he said, his teeth clenched.
“W-What?”, you said softly.
“Get out! Get out!” he yelled, pushing you away from him.
You held in your cries as you ran out of your house into the pouring rain.
You didn't know where to go, you didn't have anyone else.
You ran as far as you could, as you stopped to take deep breaths.
You looked around, trying to spot any familiar places. Until you saw Derek’s loft.
You were now shivering too, you were barefoot.
You knocked on Derek’s door.
“(Y/N).” he opened the door almost immediately.
“C-Can I come in?” you cried shakily.
“Come in.” he quickly pulled you in.
“What the hell happened?” he said, looking worried.
“I-I…” you tried to speak, as your cries came out instead.
You sobbed loudly as Derek held onto you, rocking you back and forth.
“It’s okay (Y/N). I’m here. Just breathe.”
----
You dried your tears as you cuddled into Derek’s side, holding onto him tightly.
“Tell me what happened.” he said softly.
“I-I” you started.
“It’s okay, just breathe.” he said, stroking your back.
“It started when I-I was 10. H-He would always get drunk, b-but it started getting really bad…..” you said, you hugged your knees as you swung back and forth.
“Why didn't you tell anyone? Why didn't you tell me?” he asked.
“I-I don’t know, I was scared, and we have bigger problems to deal with.” you sniffled.
“Hey, nothing is more important than you. Don't think that your problems are smaller than everything that’s going on” Derek said.
You just nodded your head.
“You’re gonna stay with me from now on, okay?” he said, putting a hand on your shoulder.
“Okay.” you replied quietly.
“I think it’s time to sleep. You can borrow a shirt from me.” he said, standing up. He put his hand out for you.
You looked him in the eye for a minute before taking his hand and standing up as he pulled you into a tight embrace.
“He’s not gonna hurt you again.” he whispered softly into your ear.
He kissed your forehead, holding your hand as you two walked to his room.
Maybe he could tell you didn't want to be alone.
----
You laid awake in bed, Derek’s arms wrapped around your stomach, holding you tightly.
“Are you okay?” you heard his voice.
“I’m okay.” you replied softly.
You turned around to face him.
He put his hands on your hips, pulling you in as he pressed a kiss to your lips.
“You know I love you.” he said.
“I know, I love you too.” you said, stroking his hair.
“Please don't tell the pack.” you begged him.
“Why do you want to hide this?”
“I’m just not ready to tell them. Like how we’re not ready to tell them about us.” you said softly.
“Okay, but just know, (Y/N), they’re your family, they love you.”
“I know.” you nodded.
“Good.” he kissed your forehead as you buried into his chest, slowly drifting off to sleep.
