have made it into season 6 of suchet poirot, aka all the short story episodes are done and it's solidly novel adaptation tv movies from here on out
overall i've been enjoying the show very much, there's definitely been plenty of flaws and stuff that hasn't aged well, but even then the episodes were heavily carried by poirot and the other main characters, my only major complaints so far are just how heavily a number of the adaptations have been edited and rewritten (they somehow managed to give hercule poirot's christmas even bigger incest vibes and completely whitewashed hickory dickory dock), and how they shamefully left out the most important part of the adventure of the cheap flat:
