Alternate Poll Question: “BEST Girl Of Bionicle?”
I kind of want to make Toa Tuyet and Toa Helryx a couple. I dont know how compatible that is with the lore, but I could see both of them having a semi toxic relationship.
Toa Helryx:
and toa tuyet:
This one is by TEOFT on Newgrounds.
But idk how toxic it would be but it would be sapphic the challenge would humanizing them but its actually decently easy to humanize bionicles.

The Toa Mangai
"You and I have been friends for thousands of years. We've traveled together, fought together, and once almost died together." -- Lhikan to Tuyet, The Many Deaths of Toa Tuyet
Headquarters: Metru Nui Leader: Lhikan Goals: Protect Metru Nui Allies: Matoran / Turaga Dume / Toa Metru Enemies: Brotherhood of Makuta (indirectly) / Rahi / Dark Hunters Status: Disbanded / At least one member revived in the Red Star and another still alive Pronunciation: TOE-ah MAHN-gigh
The Toa Mangai were a group of Toa led by Toa Lhikan that protected Metru Nui from danger.
(Detailed Character Descriptions below. Majority are original, as seven of the eleven members never had names or true descriptions, and all but one had canon designs. I tried my best.)
So earlier I was thinking about how murder investigations in the Matoran Universe must have been hellish, since proving a murder even took place would be all but impossible unless there were direct eyewitnesses, given that the bodies of the victims would disappear as they were teleported up to the Red Star, provided their brain was not destroyed beyond repair.
But then I remembered that we have a canonical example of a murder investigation: Lhikan and Nidhiki's investigation into the three Matoran murdered by Tuyet. And that raised a new question, because very clearly, there were bodies there to be found and examined.
So why didn't the bodies of the Matoran Tuyet murdered go to the Red Star?
I could understand why the first victim, a Ta-Matoran who Tuyet dumped molten protodermis on, might not have been teleported. If his head was completely melted, there would be nothing left of his AI for the Kestora to retrieve, fair enough. But the second and third victims were a Le-Matoran she pushed off a building, and a Ga-Matoran she drowned (Tuyet had a sense of irony it seems. Charming.) and neither of those should have been able to cause enough damage to prevent the teleportation.
So is there a delay or a cooldown period between the moment of death and the Red Star's systems bringing in the body? If so, how long does it take (Lhikan asking Tuyet when she found the body of the drowned Ga-Matoran suggests it is possible for a corpse to remain for hours, even a whole day) and why would there be one in the first place? Not transporting the body immediately upon death just leaves opportunities for it to be damaged further, endangering or even preventing the revival process.
The answer to all of this is of course that The Many Deaths of Toa Tuyet was written and published in 2007, well before Greg even had the idea for the Red Star's function. But now the two have to coexist in the canon, and the former throws a considerable wrench into the latter.
I got commissioned to draw more toxic yuri almost immediately after posting that first one
