I did indeed complete my 2025 goal of 30 miles. On July, I had completed 34.5 miles 🎉🏆 that was the last time I ran because August came and it was back to back food truck adventures.
Late September I began lightly spotting which initially I thought was implantation bleeding but it didnt seem to quit after 5 days. I took a pregnancy test and surprise surprise, it was POSITIVE! Yay! I was still lightly spotting despite that. About two weeks later, I ended up with a miscarriage at 5 weeks. Still spotting after the heavy bleeding died down. A few blood tests later, it was confirmed that my pregnancy hormone (HCG) was doing down and my body was on its path to cleaning itself out. Mind you, I was still lightly bleeding.
I mention this persistent bleeding because last week I decided to start up my workouts again and got on the treadmill. I ran a mile in good time despite the long hiatus, 14:09, BUT I got super light headed and dizzy. I couldn't shake it off which was strange cuz I never have that issue after a run. Once I got home, it hit me, IM STILL BLEEDING AND HAVE BEEN FOR CLOSE TO MONTH *forehead smack*
Im still bleeding lightly which is becoming a bit annoying cuz hubster wants to abstain from sex on the chance that it does me harm AND I cant even workout like I want to, plus all these panty liners that im using up. I feel like my life is on hold waiting for this crap to end so I can start over 😮💨
Im trying to eat healthy to help my womb heal and prepare but I also feel frustrated, fat, bloated, and overwhelmed as to what are healthy realistic goals and still keeping my happiness and mind sane.
Luckily I have my trashy erotica novels to keep me happy and distracted.
Despite all that I had a great Halloween 🎃 and im hoping in the near future I can resume my physical activities (both sexually and health wise) and begin preparing for 2026 goals
