Slow and steady wins the race. Been tracking the weight progress. I avoided the scale for so long and now that I am so motivated to continue working out I feel less stressed about the step on. Getting closer and closer to my goals. First and for most weight was not my goal but just a plus. My goal was to lift heavy and in doing so has come some pretty awesome benefits.
