[Much to Sela and Paul focusing on Avarice, the vines were surprisingly easy to tear and pull away as Avarice's thumb had managed to reach the portal within mere inches until another thorned tendril snakes out from within the ground and smacks it away. ]Â
 [Seems it wouldn't be that easy for Avarice. ]Â
 For a moment, just as the build-up had almost reached a climax, the unexpected chains that were willed forth by Hollow had managed to completely catch him off guard twisting and wrapping around him that even clamped the mouth shut. However, when Vainglory had began their assault, their strike would be completely stopped by the teeth gnashing down on the blunt shaped crowbar.
 Even though the ink was supposedly trapped, bright combinations of pure energy blasted forth from both Revak and the new Lilith would collide dead center, almost grazing Vainglory in the process.
 He easily felt the kicking force applied while he had been struggling to get out of his predicament. The accumulated power forming from within had started to become unbearable while being denied the ability to discharge the attack.
 The titan immediately wrestles through the binding spell and energy stacking against him before tossing his whole upper body back, breaking the shackles off and dispersing the continuous beams as this would result in him abruptly firing off a completely different attack, a projectile of pure volatile energy shoots past Revak and Lilith, effectively being it's own sonic boom before it zips past mere inches by the rescue group near Avarice, leaving in it's wake a clear and carved hole.
 It continues to grow distant before it appears to be escalating to the atmosphere until a faint twinkle shines from it, setting things in motion as if that had been the catalyst before suddenly the sky lights up from the massive explosion that detonated in the air.Â
The cloud generated from this immediately begins to fade as Johnny would then kneel down in exhaustion.
 The devastating shot fired from the titan had managed to leave him fatigued for a moment as the exertion alone was enough to give the group some time to recuperate and organize their thoughts.
Avarice | @thesmilingtragedy​
Avarice sat up, looking to the new hole in the coliseum, the grand explosion, and to his missing thumb. He made a surprised face, and began doing that thumb-hand trick.
Hollow | @misunderstoodkingsÂ
The breaking chains sent a surge of magical backlash into the king's body. He collasped from the powerful shock that flowed through his system. At least he could take solace in the fact that they inadvertently helped redirect the attack, relatively safely from the others. But for the time being, he had to take a breather, the purple light fading from his eye. He looked around at the others to see how they fared from the shockwave of the mis-aimed blast. "Is....everyone...ok?"
Revak | @blazing--soul​
[Revak, having been knocked back by the attack's shockwave, hit the ground once, and skidded to a kneeling stop. Witnessing the sheer destructive potential of the unintended attack, resulted in him feeling both extremely wary of his potential, and thankful that he'd managed to get there in time, along with Lilith, to stop and redirect the fairly frightening attempt to obliterate Avarice.]Â
 [While he was surprised by this new form the skeleton had taken, he also admittedly found it to be insanely cool. But now wasn't the time to focus on that.] * ...That... that was pretty fucking clutch.Â
 [He stood, shakily, watching the titan warily. His feathered tail swayed gently, deciding to acknowledge Hollow's question.]Â
 * ...Yeah, but some of us almost weren't. [And now the focus shifts back to Johnny.]
 * You do realize people are BOUND to come searching after a stunt like that, right? No fucking way people didn't see that. What're you gonna do when people see us being knocked around? Think they'll "understand" that?
 [There was no way to guarantee he'd listen to reason. So far, the ascended flora had been stubbornly resistant to it, actually. But, despite everything, he still had to TRY to make him see reason... Like he told Hollow before... he didn't want to hurt Johnny. He simply knew when fighting was necessary to survive.]
Paul | Flourishingbatter
With the absolute shocking noise and whistle of the blast had put the mushroom completely on edge, tossing away the vines on instinct as he yelped in surprise before darting his gaze behind to look over what happened.
 On top of the sudden, fireworks if he could call it that to gazing through the hole, instantly thinking as if that alone had been a hot knife cutting through butter.Â
They still needed to keep trying...Somehow.Â
This was an uphill battle and it seemed to grow more steeper by the second. Veering back on his heels, he stared towards Johnny with the same stupified look of his "...Wh- ...You coulda killed us dude!" Paul had unintentionally blurted that out, though really, it was warranted.

Sela was glad this didn't take long, and had managed to drag Avarice back out of the way of the attack just in case. She had practically felt that whizz pass her, and after things settle post-explosion, the demoness has let go of Avarice.
 Paul's words mirrored her thoughts, and she's immediately on her feet.
 "Are you trying to fucking scatter our dust across the skies of your home world?! Because fucking WOW!!" A loud TCH sound escapes her teeth, and with the tooth dropped next to Avarice , Sela starts walking straight for the portal.
Lilith | @ribbcn-bxnes​
[* The blowback caused Lilith to loose her balance for a moment and stagger backwards. Perhaps she would have been alright had it not been she and Revak's power combined. She's quick to recover however, her right foot placed in the back so that she may right herself. It's a close call for sure(she also hopes there were no near misses between her foot and someone below.]Â
 [* She herself would need a minute to recharge the attack, kneeling in slight fatigue (gods it's been too long since she'd done that) and a red tainted steam hissing from between her jaws. A low growl rubbled within her chest as her tail swayed above the ground behind her. She would wait for the Alpha's next move. She didn't have anything more to add to the others' attempts of reason.]
Vainglory | @puppet-time​
Vainglory let out an exasperated growl of frustration, skittering backwards away from Alpha while also shapeshifting his ink crowbar into a flower-sized shield.
 He snapped his head towards Lilith and Revak, his expression twisting with anger. "Watch it!! You nearly hit Vainglory!" The inkling brushed a tendril across the petal that their attacks had just barely scraped, his nonexistent eyebrows furrowing.Â
He looked over his also nonexistent shoulder at the now resting Alpha, sighing. "Jeez, how much of a tank is this guy? Vainglory didn't even put a dent on those giant, white pearls!" All four of his mouths frowned, leading to an exaggerated sigh.Â
 "It's a good thing Vainglory was able to dodge that beam with such impecible reflexes!" He smirked, ignoring the fact that the beam went in a completely different direction and he would've been safe regardless. He put the ink shield up and peeked over it at the titan.
 "Vainglory might aswell take it easy until he's back up.." He proceeded to watch Alpha skeptically and wait for what comes next.
I keep an eye on the sky to make sure it’s where it belongs. Always stay where you belong, no matter how far from home it is, as long as you’re safe and secure.
