Ingredients: 1 bottle Pinot Noir. 1 bottle Chardonnay. 1 bottle Riesling. 1 bottle Zinfandel. 1 bottle Beaujolais Nouveau. 1 bottle Sparkling wine.
Instructions: Chill the Sparkling wine. Allow the Pinot Noir and Zinfandel to breathe for 30 minutes before serving. Keep Chardonnay and Riesling chilled until ready to serve. Serve Beaujolais Nouveau slightly chilled.
