Turing's Antalyakart got a square thumbnail change

I drew a new square thumbnail for my webcomic, Turing's Antalyakart! The old one looked bland, Turing was drawn a bit off-proportion, fire looked weird, overall a rush job.
Well recently I've been getting out of burnout/executive dysfunction/whatever it is, and I decided to draw a new square thumbnail for TurAnt because it deserves it honestly! Lately, I've gotten into The Fire Rises, a Hearts of Iron IV mod, and the logo of the mod is definitely an influence.

The fire, which represents the state of the world in the 2020s (both in OTL/real life and in the Turing Mythos Antalyaverse), has been visually enhanced. The shapes and directions make a bit more sense, and it looks much more like a fire. The dips of it has also been colored in brick red, the color that represents Turing in the comic. It both serves as part of the effort to make the fire look better, and to create contrast with the overall grayscale drawing.
I really wanted to incorporate the Turing Pattern Sun (basically the logo of TurAnt without the text) into the thumbnail, as if the sun is rising. I had a lot of difficulty due to its semicircle shape, I either had to move the fire a bit above, but that lead to most of the logo being covered up, or I had to deal with the awkward empty space.

I eventually found a solution: I added in some gray smoke behind the fire using the airbrush, including under the Sun! Not only did that fixed the problem, it added in some more contrast and made the thumbnail look more interesting!

New cover for Turing's Antalyakart!! I decided to switch (back) to the scroll format for it, and I wasn't satisfied with the old cover in the first place, so I drew a new one.
I'm soooo proud of it!
