I feel like Amazon has made me forget my identity and Iāve replaced this with some Prime Identityā¢ that I try my best to forget on the weekend only to realize that this company has paid more money than I ever really deserved to make and I should be fighting tooth and nail to grow. Iām a volatile, reactionary person that feels victimized by almost anything and everything so itās not like Iām unaware that if managers say some shit about me, directly or indirectly, it just lasts in my head for months and I get like this. I feel like it would all hurt a lot less if money wasnāt such a big issue right now, because I CAN feel fulfilled, and I CAN feel like growth is worth it. And then thereās days that the entire warehouse grid is disorganized and you work a 15 hour day to try to fix it and itās not even close to finished and then they call you up to tell you you fucked up something and then, when trying to give them a solution, they just continue to prod at an unimportant detail as if we all havenāt worked far past our schedule and deadline to worry about standard work. My whole career is dependent on these irrational people and I hate feeling helpless in a company that I thought was all about being self made and autonomousĀ
