eehee gonna rewatch in the loop tonight
so i rewatched in the loop last night and obviously i enjoyed it but somehow it felt like even more pertinent political satire than it did when i watched it like? a few months ago? probably bc since then my fucking country (usa) has started waging this *illegal* war against iran. but yeah the scene after the vote to start the war where it's kind of an anticlimax (yes ik that's the point) and they're all just standing around, and they go back to simon's department and the credits play over the place just working like business as usual just made me. really sad.
