3. That's kind of a hard question, because I'm pretty confident about my writing so there are several things I like about it, but they're hard to put into words. I think what I like the most about my writing is my ability to execute my vision. Like, as an artist, it's hard to make an image exactly like I picture it, when that happens it's a rare occurrence. But with writing it happens almost always and I'm proud of that I guess :>
4. I think I've answered this question before at some point and I said Omegaverse/ABO. I could say soulmate AU, like one of those universes where you're born with a mark on your skin that matches your soulmate or whatever... but idk if I'll actually ever write one of those, because manage to work different forms of the soulmates/mates/true love trope into my fics ALL THE TIME because it's like. my favourite thing.
If I'm being honest, I'm not really an AU person! I mean hard AUs as in modern setting/no powers/etc. I don't read them a lot and I don't really daydream about them. The canon settings of the things I like are so much more interesting and the relationships aren't as yummy to me if there aren't life or death level high stakes.
ONE trope that is specific to Kuroshitsuji (since I know that's why ur here teehee) is... I don't know if it has an Official Name but like... temporary loss of powers? I guess? Basically I want to write a fic that's in the canon universe (or maybe post TTNBD) except some weird magic happens and Sebastian is temporarily turned human. And Ciel has the time of his LIFE being an absolute bitch (affectionate) about it. I think it would be extra funny if it was TTNBD!verse because Ciel is a demon and he would just be like "HOW THE TABLES HAVE TURNED MWAHAHAHAHA".
12. Well for TTEOE, the immediate response is Sleepwalker by Adam Lambert. Thematically it has barely any similarity to the fic but "to the end of everything" is literally a partial line straight out of the song that stuck in my head when I was developing the fic back in 2014 (2014!??!?!??! Holy shit!). I had a whole TTEOE playlist on 8tracks back in the day (does anyone remember 8tracks?) but I've forgotten most of what was on there, sadly.
If TTNBD had a theme song, or if Ciel in TTNBD had a theme song, it might be Aqua Regia by Sleep Token. I got into Sleep Token around the time I first started writing TTNBD, so they're a little linked in my brain. Their album Take Me Back To Eden in general probably soundtracked a lot of my writing sessions. I love music, I can't do anything without it!
