I like to appear once every two weeks to then disappear back into the nether
The Tsumugari project is coming along though! Still little kinks to iron out in my sculpt, then going to sculpt onto the sword.

Been quietly working on learning ZBrush for this next part, but wanted to share a couple more WIPs of the project!
Blade base is completed, now I’m going to sculpt out the smoke and add in extra small details on the blade. Second image is my reference for the smoke sculpt.
WIP of a model of Tsumugari from Okami - having a lot of fun on this one.

I do love me some Okami! So here's Amaterasu using tsumugari to slice the hell out of what is totally not a Beowolf!
(The three individual images to be seen in full blown glory, from left to right: Judgement of a God, Symbol of a God, and Essence of a God on the bottom. Then the three put together, in an image set called Divinity.)
Symbol - markings representing an idea, a person, a god. A powerful weapon, striking fear into the hearts of those who oppose the god, and hope into the hearts of those who believe. Essence - the very spirit, the energy at the very core of the god. More powerful than anything ever seen before, it is what makes the god a god, and no foe could ever hope to oppose it. Judgement - the final ruling on the fate of another, condemning the damned and protecting the innocent. The edge on a sharpened sword. All together, these three are what make up Divinity. I'll say one thing about this image set, other than it was really fun to do, especially with how free I allowed myself to be in creating all of the lines and forms. This whole thing actually started when I ran into a time where I just had to draw, so I started doodling lines and swirly lines, and I created the image which now sits in the upper right. I really enjoyed it on it's own, but then I thought about "completing" the image, and creating other pieces which could be put together and create the full visage of Amaterasu, but with her other weapons! Thus, we have what is now created here. Drawn in Paint Tool SAI Okami (c) Capcom Art (c) Me
as cool as they are I never was able to use the glaives in okami
