Later, Mulder investigated and found that the Super soldiers had disguised themselves and infiltrated almost all the FBI and government organizations. And prepare the final plan to take over the world which corresponds to the end-of-the-world prophecy of the Maya tribe. In the end, the Department X file has been closed. Mulder runs away and hides in secret. Scully leaves the FBI to work as a doctor. But they stop running because of Punch and continue to stop the end-of-the-world prophecy of the Maya tribe together with Punch and Gilgamesh's group.

Punch: I know how to stop this prophecy of the Maya tribe so I need your help once again.

Ephemer: But what I investigate....this can't be stop.....
