Rush family:

Eliza: Eliza is writing a parody of The Vampire Lestat. It's called "Big hair, Shoulderpads, and Plasma: The good Vampire's guide to surviving the 80's."  It's about a vampire named Leslie who was bitten by the mysterious pale woman next door in the 1800's. She went feral for a little while with no understanding and ended up turning a young reporter named Amy. Amy's parents found out and hunted her down and had her entombed. When she awakes it's 1982 and she joins an all-female glamrock band as she struggles with being a light-oriented vampire in a time of cocain, sex, and hairspray. Also she is pansexual though she’s only been shown with Caleb. She actually originally had a crush on Lillith but Lillith only had eyes for Rosa.

Caleb: Caleb works in the Business career branch. He spends most of his time at work on simsbook but because of his vampiric abilities he is actually great at his job for the one hour out of the day that he actually does it. He’s comfortable in the position he’s in and has no desire to move up, hence the laziness. Also, though it makes him sick, he absolutely loves cheese, all kinds of cheese. He keeps string cheese in a usb operated mini cooler hidden in the drawer of his desk. Once his co-worker turned off his computer when he left and the string cheese spoiled overnight and Caleb legitimately cried and had a breakdown saying he couldn’t work the rest of the day. His boss let him go home. 

Rosa: Despite being a plantsim and loving the outdoors Rosa is highly allergic to bee stings. She carries an epi pen with her because she still thinks they’re adorable and likes it when they fly into her hair and try to pollinate it. Her favourite drink is pink lemonade even though it’s basically just lemonade and food colouring. 

Lillith: Lil works out every day not because she likes it or wants to maintain her figure but because it helps combat her naturally violent nature. She is always fighting her inner vampiric urges and looks up to her brother and the effortless way he’s always been able to be fully good. Despite this struggle she’s still always cheerful and genuinely loves to help people. Her favourite movie is “Field of Dreams” and she’s a huge baseball fan at heart. Her favourite team is of course the Forgotten Hollow Llamabats. 

Beatrice: Bea is 5 minutes older than Bas. Her favourite style is clearly 50′s inspired but she listens to mostly early 90′s grunge and alternative music. She’s completely tone deaf like her father and sucks at every instrument she tries. She got her love of gardening from Rosa and finds it peaceful. Plus she likes having an excuse to carry around pruning shears. Her favourite flowers are daisies. 

Bastion: He hates it when Bea points out that he’s younger. So he says things like “When I’m your age will I be so obnoxious?” He inherited his mother’s singing and music skills but the art is courtesy of his aunt Lillith. He likes it when people tell him he looks like his Dad. He can’t swim very well at all and is afraid of water because of a prank Bea pulled on him when they were little where she squirted water in his eye out of a flower. He still thinks Bea could be good if she tried. 

The Eztoc Family:

Alexa: Alexa wasn’t actually all that into art growing up. She discovered she had a knack for it when she was accidentally signed up for an art class in High School instead of the extra PE class she wanted. She was born in Strangetown. She’s claustrophobic which is why she prefers dressers over closets.  Her weight fluctuates a lot and causes her no end of annoyance. She has a slight lisp and her voice tends to quaver upwards when she talks. Her favourite food is Macaroni and Cheese, she’d eat it for every meal. She didn’t really drop out of school to take care of Sean. She dropped out because she just didn’t feel like it was for her. 

Sean: Sean is allergic to strawberries but he forgets sometimes and eats them anyway. He’s always been a good student and keeps to himself at school because he’s afraid people will make fun of him for being gay or an alien. That’s not really something that happens at his school since it’s in a big city and extremely diverse but he worries anyway. Sometimes he feels like he’s more mature than Lexa. After the deaths he’s suffered he’s actually become chummy with Grim. They have a friendly relationship and every time Sean sees him he says “You again? Please tell me you’re not here for me?” (Idea by Rose!) 

Lily was coping better- happily wandering outside to talk with the plants, chattering away.

Olive, the heir, was heart broken.

And she marched her little feet all the way down to the tombstone at the edge of the lot.

“Daddy, why? Why you gotta leave so soon?” Olive rubbed her eyes and cried, as me the creator behind the screen cried because toddlers mourning are the SADDEST THING EVER.

Which apparently the sims team agrees with because wow. A butterfly appeared? What?

“Daddy!” Olive was happy though, clapping her hands and trying to touch the butterfly fluttering around.
