'The Waterfront carpentry factory once stood empty, but after it was purchased and restored by the joint-stock company "Shtil", it opened its doors to anyone who wanted to work there or order "smart" furniture for their home.'
I mostly designed this lot as a workspace to roleplay a factory using club mechanics, but I also threw in everything you need for a community space. You can check out more about the vibe behind this lot and the whole neighborhood right here. Will soon also do eng video.
