For the first half of our dinner party, Edith was knocked out cold and Art had finally satisfied his hunger.

Edith was trying to greet the guests and cook as quickly as she could, but she knew her gold dinner party reward was unattainable at this point.

Art was acting like he had nothing to do with Edith's demise.

Edith tried to focus on skill building and money making.

But all of our paintings lately have been ruined by water and are unlistable on Plopsy.

Harvestfest seems like the perfect time to host another dinner party.

Edith invested in a Kaboom Box. Some tasteful music should help us get that golden dinner party, right?

Edith woke up to a silver party reward, which was definitely an improvement, so it seemed like a good time to get flirty with Michelle.

Edith did save Michelle from a fiery death, so she was instantly smitten.

We finally know what the closet is for. At least Edith's date is going to be a roaring success.

I was fully expecting Art to feed on Imani instead of Edith. He's a vampire full of surprises.

Edith went from her first woohoo straight to her second one in the outhouse. And Art was crying at Jodelyn's grave AGAIN.

Michael came over again... Trying to buy our silence, no doubt. Good thing Edith wasn't really into him anyway.

Sometimes the seeds you sow end up becoming fertilizer for another plant. Oops.

And suddenly we were JUMPED by Peyton. We caught another illness too, Peyton could go attack the healthy patients. Oh, right...

Back to gardening we go, like nothing ever happened.

And Peyton went to tell all the gossip about her latest fight to the hottest spot in town - the wall.

Finally, Jodelyn is back! Seeing her own grave must have been harrowing.

For her first activity in afterlife Jodelyn decided to bake a cake. Let's celebrate!

Edith was on her nightly looting spree.

Oh no, Art was not happy about seeing Jodelyn. I suppose he liked her more lively and, well, blood-filled.

Art proceeded to make his way straight to Jodelyn's grave and bawled his eyes out.

But Jodelyn's comforting skills are unmatched, even if her baking skills need some practice.

Jodelyn really acted like nothing had changed.

Ohh, has Art finally chosen his next victim?

No luck this time.

We joined ghostly Jodelyn in her cooking endeavors.

Almost forgot our loot. Nothing remarkable. And we have an illness, again.

Yikes, maybe he needs to hone his skills as well.

I thought Imani and Finley had a compatible vibe, but it's safe to say now that I was deeply mistaken.

Uh-oh, is it next-victim-time now?

Woah it definitely looked like Art was winning this fight, but he didn't even feed. Also, what is it with this week and everyone despising each other?

You'd think a vampire wouldn't care about mold, but considering how eagerly Art keeps scrubbing it away, maybe exposure to the spores makes human blood taste all funky.

Now THIS is something I didn't see coming. Art has been crying at Jodelyn's grave every hour of the day, but apparently Imani isn't turned off by that.

Art does have a certain charm to him. At times it feels like this challenge is focused on him, not Edith.

With sweat, blood and tears (especially the sweat) Edith managed to pay asylum's bills and even had 300§ to spare.

Perhaps getting closer with Imani was hitting Art harder than we expected. Crying in bed immediately after what was barely a one-time-flirt would suggest so.

The water must be refreshing...

And here's another type of refreshing beverage, broken fridge juice.

Edith is the only one taking care of the garden. Other patients prefer basketball or swimming as their outdoor activities.

Nothing can stop Art from going outside during the day. Not even trash

I really thought Atticus and Finley would get along, that they'd vibe together. They've effectively proven me wrong.

Oh well, no time to sulk. Work awaits!

It's nice that Atticus has started cooking while Edith's at work.

After work Edith finally had time to fix the fridge. No more fridge juice.

Surprisingly Finley wasn't squished flat by the meteor.

Art was not impressed by Michael.

We were able to sell one more painting, but every painting after that was unlistable because it had been 'ruined by water', who knows how. So we'll just have to hang this beautiful artwork on our walls.

It was nice to see Peyton comforting Imani for once, instead trying to throw drinks in her face. Maybe they'll become friends after all.

Sometimes all the beds are taken, so the best you can do is the couch. The worst you could do would be sleeping on the floor, so luckily Edith hasn't yet had to resort to that.

Looting luck hasn't really been on our side after the first night.

Art seriously has a thing for Jodelyn... She's the only one he's been drinking out of.

Imani's personality was definitely starting to come out more as the week progressed.

Trying to keep up with everyone else breaking things was kind off starting to get on Edith's nerves.

At least, Peyton had become a true mould remover expert, so Edith didn't have to set the place on fire anymore.

Jodelyn was starting to look a little pale... Maybe Art should try someone else for a change.

Or Art can just be taken by aliens, sure.

I guess Imani was really becoming more comfortable, especially around Art, for some unexplainable reason.

Stinking our way to success little by little. One piece of loot, painting and work shift at a time.

Oh thank goodness! Edith came back just on time to plead for Jodelyn's life.

No luck. And right at the end of our first week. Almost made it out with 0 deaths.

The mold was really starting to take over and the patients were feeling the dizzyfying toxic effects of it.

Oh no... Art was feeling ravenous and chose Jodelyn as his first victim. The only person he was seemingly getting along with.

Couldn't have said it better myself! It's very possible Jodelyn would have said yes, if Art had just asked for her consent.

Drinking (or feeding on?) Jodelyn's blood definitely amped up Art's creepy-factor...

Edith snuck out again, but this time her loot was much more scanty. Good thing she got that promotion.

This spot behind the kitchen was becoming very popular. Multiple patients chose to go over there just to talk to themselves.

Ah, if only there was some place very close by where to relieve yourself...

Maybe Art was feeling guilty about using Jodelyn's good nature in such a way after all. At least he went under the covers to bawl his eyes out.

Even with all the beds free, sometimes you have to take a quick passing out on your way to the bedroom.

Sunshine Sanctuary finally had enough money for patients to try out new hobbies like cross-stitch. However, giving needles to health-limited inpatients is maybe a questionable choice...

Jodelyn didn't seem to be bothered by the gaping holes on her neck.

Peyton and Imani we're the first to clearly not get along. Peyton was definitely the aggressor and she was taking her frustration out on Imani by trying to throw a drink in her face multiple times.

Don't you go retching at human food, blood-sucker.

Peyton might not be great with other people, but she's great at cleaning off mold.

I'm surprised there have been no casualties so far. I was especially betting on Art turning to ash on the first day. He's really testing fate though.

Edith isn't exactly looking for love, but some outside influence could be healthy. We found some potential... flings? Friends? On the dating app but first, work awaits. She was promoted to Caterer.

Why drink from multiple sources when you can drink from one, I guess.

Edith hadn't even talked to her yet, but sure girl. Come on over. The more sims and the less beds the merrier.

With no time to waste, Edith immediately started honing in on those cooking skills. She found a job as an Assistant Dishwasher, but before her first shift she's gonna have to find other means of making money. The 100§ in her pocket won't keep the Sanctuary afloat for long.

Everything about the pool screams "DO NOT SWIM", but our neat freak Peyton was the very first to take a plunge. Jodelyn's musical talents were met with... a variety of reactions.

During daytime our best chance to make money might be in painting. Although, the moldy whiff of the Sanctuary emanating from the artworks might reduce their price.

Edith went to bed EARLY to ensure she had a place to sleep. Unfortunately, some of the patients decided that was the best time to have a chitchat in the bedroom with all the lights on.

The patients were mostly having a good time, especially considering the circumstances. Except for Peyton, who seemed to be irritated or angry most of the time.

Atticus was the second to take wee dip in the brewing health hazard.

Edith snuck out during 12am and 5am, to look for anything worth selling. The first night's loot was surprisingly lucrative.

Maybe some flowers will make the Sunshine Sanctuary feel less depressing. Or at least Edith will have something fresh to use in her cooking.

The constant energy failures have begun. Finley has much preferred sleeping in the dining chair so far.

Patients don't have to worry about food when Edith is around. She keeps the fridge fully stocked by practicing recipes.

Edith was finally able to leave the Sanctuary (with permission) and go to work for the first time. She came back with a promotion to Head Dishwasher.

Surprisingly, Jodelyn was getting along with Art very well. She even managed to cheer him up from his eternal sulking.

We love a domestic queen.

Successfully sold our second painting. This time, no complaints about the smell, so things are looking up.

Art seems to have a death wish, because WHY would you go out in the sun, when you're a literal VAMPIRE. However, Jodelyn definitely left a lasting impression on him.

Finley has upgraded from sleeping in the chair to completely crashing out on the floor.

Sunshine Sanctuary now has an alligator and mold. What more could you ask for?
