I know, I know, this lot should be in another neighborhood, but I like it so much that I've built two versions of the same house. This one in particular has a large photographic studio in the attic.

it is a modern house suitable for a large and wealthy family.

the kitchen is huge and i love it!

on the first floor there is a first bedroom, I thought it was intended for the butler

upstairs are the bedrooms, study and a games/recreation room. The room of a sports-loving teenager:

I love that we do Simblreen, it’s an awesome creative event and it’s some wonderful fun! The last few weekends of trick or treating really got me in the spooky spirit. Thank You! 

I made this Cauldron of Excellency recolor just in time for Halloween! This is a Realm of Magic object/mesh & I just did a recolor for the cauldron. It is a darker version, a few new colors, a few new patterns & just some fun playing around on Gimp! There is 11 new color swatches & I decreased the price a tad to $860. I play tested these & they work great & make a ton of mac n cheese. Great for potion brewing as well! LOL I posted the download below, no Adfly.
