Finally sharing my Black Widow preset with you guys! I am so happy with this preset I am now using it in all of my saves. It works really well for more gloomy worlds like Midnight Hollow, but also looks really nice in more colorful or bright worlds.

This is a Reshade preset made for Reshade 6.4.1.

Important: this Reshade uses Shellsea's Rose Cream LUT texture and the MXAO 3.4 shader. If you are already using my reshade-shaders folder, they are included. You can also download my folder to find these two files and add them to your reshade-shaders folder manually. Rose Cream.png goes in Textures. The MXAO 3.4.fx goes into Shaders.

ReShade Preset (TS3) — Spotlight Polish 🍸

After a lot of tweaking, testing, and late-night gameplay, I’m finally ready to share my newest ReShade preset: Spotlight Polish — created in collaboration with my friend J!

This preset is inspired by The Sims 3: Late Night Expansion Pack aesthetic — clean, glossy visuals with a subtle cinematic finish. It’s designed to enhance clarity, contrast, and lighting definition while keeping the game’s original colors looking natural and polished.

Spotlight Polish comes in two versions:

Original (Heavy) Version — perfect for screenshots, portraits, and dramatic lighting.

LITE (Light) Version — gameplay‑friendly, smoother performance, and less intense effects.

Important: This preset was created for and tested using ReShade 5.5.2, with full add-on support. Using a different version may result in visual differences or missing effects.

This preset uses the MXAO 4.0.2 shader. Make sure to place this shader manually in your reshade‑shaders/Shaders folder.

Also, this preset is compatible with GShade, and most likely works with other Sims titles as well — though results may vary.

Lastly, do not forget to turn 'Edge Smoothing' off!

It's a light reshade preset only meant to bring out the beauty of the game and its colours, mixing realism and fantasy lighting to be best suited for gameplay.

I've been tweaking this preset for a while now, but I figured rollo's latest lighting edit made it look much more dramatic! Rightly named after welcome home, son by radical faces, I hope you enjoy this little preset as much as I do <3 all these screenshots are unedited and using the MAGICDOF depth of field option. I'm also using REWORKED EA LIGHTS as a bonus for the indoors.

I have reached yet ANOTHER milestone on this blog and I am so gagged rn you really don't get it 😅🫶🏽 Thank you guyths so much! 🥰 Here's a reshade preset for taking some pretty screenshots in TS3! I've downloaded so many different presets over the years, but I've always ended up editing them to the point of being unrecognizable, so I just decided to make my own. My goal was to make my shots bright and glowy with a soft and dreamy sort of feeling! :) This is my newest, and probably my favorite rendition of my preset! Comparison shots and details below!
