this is one of just many held accessories i need to make, and i've made one before and it worked completely fine!! In milkshape and in simpe the mesh shows as attached to the r hand or r wrist joint (i tried both at dif times), and it is attached bc it moves with the sim in game but its so far away and idk why i feel like its something so stupid but i keep trying it over again and comparing it to my previous held accessory drink that worked fine and i cant tell whats different!
like should it not actually be placed on the hand in milkshape or something?? my last one is in the same exact spot on the skeleton and appears in the hand so truly i am dying.

Does anyone know how to make a non Monique computer a Monique computer? Do you clone the Monique computer and replace the mesh or do you have to perform complex Simpe rituals? Curious either way! I tried looking for a tutorial but I couldn't find anything
I've made good progress in converting the covered bridge as 'hood deco, but I've run into a snag. This is probably a common thing but I can't find much info on it when I search for it.
There's two "diffuse" textures for this debug bridge. If I apply only this one, the roof is in it but the wooden road and siding isn't.
If I apply only this one, the wooden road is there, and the siding almost looks right (but is a little weird still in places), and there's no roof in this texture.
I guess my question is, does this have something to do with uv mapping? I assume both textures need to be combined into one somehow? I'm not sure where to start with that, so I'm posting this while I continue to search for answers. If you know what's going on and want to help, I appreciate you! :-)
So I've been getting back into meshing, and I'm sure I've had this problem before (way back when) and solved it, but I can't for the life of me remember how. Can anyone point me in the right direction? It's a pair of boots that come with uni (on the urban primitive outfit), and there's an "alpha" strip for the buckles that appears to be picking up skin when it should be invisible.

So, whenever a sim adopts a wolf (not leader of the pack) it moves in normally and works fine, UNTIL it gets stinky and needs to be bathed. Then, it gets bathed, but the sim will still claim it is stinky forever, no matter how clean it is.
I booted up a test hood, dug around in SimPE a bit, but I fear this is out of my wheelhouse, because I couldn't find anything.
I have the following test setup:
Tigger - adopted wolf that had been stinky and then washed, that the sim was now complaining smelled bad all the time)
Sky - adopted wolf that had never been stinky or washed, and sim did not complain about being it smelling bad
Hannah - normal small dog that I was hoping to use as a comparison to see if something there would clue me in about what was causing wolves to stay stinky
Janet - A human sim to sniff the wolves
Now, there IS a very obvious fix to this that DOES work, and it is turning the wolf NPC type into Normal Sim in simPE. But, me and my fiance really like the wolf behaviors and were hoping to keep our adopted wolves wolves, but the incessant "smells bad" interaction is really irritating.
I have to assume its some sort of "smelly" flag that doesn't get unset somewhere, but I couldn't find it. Granted, I still don't understand SimPE half as much as I would like, so I could have definitely missed something.
Googling this issue I can find like, two people on the internet talking about the problem, but no solutions are offered.
If anyone can point me in the right direction or know of a fix, please let me know!
Title! I have about every other animal tail I could want, but not a good dog one for my dog hybrid sims. Looking for one akin to this one in the picture below (but for SIMS not for dogs)
Trying it here because I've been trying to search for ages, but cannot find any on google, because I only get the genesims one (Which I already have) and after that only results for the Pet dogs.
