youβve likely heard a multitude of stories from fans who have come together and built relationships via shared passions for your music. personally speaking, my team, the #swiftsquad exists because of YOU. you are the catalyst that's initiated some of the most INCREDIBLE experiences Iβve had with the most INCREDIBLE people, who are now life-long friends. And I think thatβs pretty amazing.
The "official" swift squad originally began with Cecil (the caticorn dude π¦π) + myself. we "met" in 2013, when he randomly sent me a message on the taylor nation message boards, begging me to SNEAK HIM IN TO Β pit at red tour tacoma.πππ I of course denied this Β RIDICULOUS + ILLEGAL request. π€£π©. anyway, by grace of God we somehow remained in touch and developed a friendship. but like, heβs a 40-something year old man from Canada, happily married with a family (who I love), and works as a software engineer. I'm 31 (27 when we met!), currently single, work in Marketing, am kind of a mess, and essentially have no idea what I'm doing in life. πππ€£ Point is, we have zero in common other than our love for YOU - but that's enough. That said, I'd like to OFFICIALLY introduce you to the #swiftsquad. (...not sure the hashtag was entirely necessary, but just go with it, alright?π)
CECIL ( @ceunit ) : super smart, loves skiing, building shit and playing piano (he posted a cover of LL/NYD you should TOTALLY check out: https://ceunit.tumblr.com/post/182390782660/20190127-long-live-with-new-years-day). Lives in Vancouver with his wife and their two boys: 7-year-old Kaeden: a huge swiftie! rep tour was his very first concert and 4-year-old Emmy: an energetic spitfire/swiftie in training.
MAILE ( @flywithmaile ): actual Hawaiian goddess. Travels all over the world as a flight attendant. Essentially the most bubbly, nicest person you will EVER meet.
WANDA: CERTIFIED SUPER MOM π₯ & wife of Cecil. Soft-spoken, genuine, supportive and SO sweet.
CRYSTAL (me!): 31. Single. Enjoys self-deprecating humor, sarcasm, skincare, awkward situations, and pets with human names. Works in marketing at Microsoft. Loves God and her narcissistic, bitch-ass cat Lulu. Spends most of her time eating food with friends, volunteering at church, and half-assing online dating. SERIOUS Taylor Swift enthusiast.
