My sister @sarastaylor photobombing after helping me lift my Oca (Oxalis tuberosa) harvest in my neighborhood greenhouse. 33 new varieties of this Andean tuber were sent to me from Washington state by Cultivariable as part of a research project through the @experimentalfarmnetwork to find varieties that are particularly resilient and productive in our climate.
