She made us feel at home more like a family reunion. She is very knowledgeable. Even though, the weather was zero degree on that day, she and her team made it feel like it was one hundred degrees. They even used their personal phones to take pictures of us when our phone battery was dead. The best part was, the pictures were emailed to us the next business day.
