 Reviewing a local brewery â finally!  Iâd been to Trophy Brewing in Raleigh for pizza with our Thursday Night Supper Club (Chat ânâ Chew) but never really considered them as a brewery.  In my opinion, Trophy Brewing and Pizza, the original location, is a gastropub. While perusing Yelp for reviews of Raleigh pizza places, I came across this by a guy from New Mexico (gave it 3 stars although only had positive things to say, except this): "There is a lot of flannel and beards among them and the servers. Â Not sure what to make of that." lol
