I've been thinking something like that might happen too. Sakura intervenes to stop Sasuke and Naruto, similar to what happened in chapter 176, but this time Sakura is finally strong enough to stop them on her own, without Kakashi's help.
I lean toward an FOD hug rather than a hospital scene because while the fight was fairly well-balanced, at this very moment Sasuke has the advantage. I'm not expecting Sakura to stop him alone, not without Kakashi's help, and again, not without Naruto's. I hope I'm wrong.
I'm just tired of people wanting Sasuke to get a beating. No, I don't want Sakura to punch Sasuke, nor do I want Naruto to knock him out senseless. That's one of my happiest aspects of the chapter, Naruto and Sasuke were balanced on how much they hurt each other. I want other means to reach out to Sasuke.
Sasuke in the past was touched by the most sincere acts of pure love (romantic, brotherly, just love). That's what I want for him, I want to finally see love seep through this meaningless bareer he set up for himself.
